I have to say that I cant agree with you.

I dont think Wuf can handle TEI's copper chelation right now. I think its too harsh for now, especially with him just being out of a flare. And it sounds like he is still inflammed.

He hasnt done anything in direction to lowering copper yet. Could be overkill.

TEI is just bad at binding copper afterwards or soothing it's exit.

I did months of slow chelation with my selfmade TEI programm without glandulars and iron.
And I think those two speed up chelation by a fair bit.


I think we shouldnt overlook that Raincoast took Resveratrol for quite some time.

I just took Resveratrol for over 1 week and right now it might be that my IBS is gone.

Low dose Resveratrol is really great for Catalase, Glutathione, COX2, Tnf-alpha, But can be pro-oxidant with high dosages.

EDIT. Ok Wuf apparently is fine with eventually having UC flares etc.
If its only about PFS sides, go for it @wuf

resveratrol is a copper chelator. so it is ok to take it. that is why we rec'd it to Raincoast.

I also took Pectra clear.

I have seen 100s of people with UC totally cured with TEI in months. but the ones who mixed things , go back and forth.

It is not about chelating copper, it is about making it available.


TEI did not effect your IBS at all. you had gastritis from the things that you took before.

Why do you think wuf will not handle TEI.


You handled copper chelation just fine before, taking the same copper antagonists


Don't forget taht you took wrong TEI supplements, IMO , since your potassium was fake. so TEI was slowing you down, instead of lifting you up.

You did not take TEI for a long time. you took TEI for one cycle, which was wrong.

this is why I rec not to mix TEi with anything.

I did not see anyone experience any problems with copper chelation, and I saw huge copper dumps in people , nowhere near your levels, or wufs.

My copper at one point went to 224 on the hairtest. you want to see copper dump


Of course you can follow what raincoast did and use binders like pecta clear and resveratrol to bind copper

This does not mean that you will be balance or cured. Look at Raincoast situation now. he has no IBS< but has other major problems.

Since IBS is just one out of 100 problems that you can create by using your OWN programs. Just look at Raincoast case. is he cured? NO he is not, he is cured of PFS< IBS, but he got himself other 20 imbalances. and now is suffering greatly.

You dont have that.


ARL does not advice any saunas , enemas or any of that nature, I have no idea where you get that from.

Wilson does advice this, and he has nothing to do with ARL. He is just a practitioner , same as other 100s of them.

I think that @wuf you’re downplaying your own side non-pfs issue in its involvement with your pfs. I’m in same ballpark as you. We shouldn’t be worrying about pfs- as much as it sucks sometimes for the time being.

How are you going to escape UC for the rest of your life @wuf ? That’s the question.

You have to figure a strategy and plan to BEAT and not manage UC. You want it to never ever come back. I know it’s time consuming and a long road- but with the help of @Helen @HerrFisch - diet, exercise, no fap, tei (or not), fasting (or not). Figure something out man to beat this UC as naturally as possible. It may be something never mentioned on this site.

Read books, learn as much about this disease as possible. Selfhacked website is so great for your own individual biohacking with disease.

Have hair test done. Have comprehensive stool analysis done.

PFS can be beaten by the healthy. With diseases that we are managing, or attempting to beat but just aren’t there, pfs isn’t going to improve much.

Like you, I’ve been in Lyme/gut flare for 5-6 months now. Pfs barely budges with the help of EAAs. I mean pfs improves a tiny bit but not much- not to worthwhile level. When I was healthy before this Lyme flare last winter and early spring? EAAs made me horny. Protein digestion- eating fish/meat at dinner and suddenly I have libido. But this is only when I was healthy post Lyme last year.

It’s all about looking at this from holistic point of view. This is systemic. You cannot look at yourself as just a PFS guy like @tonysoprano a post college kid with no other health problems besides Pfs.

You’re a little older with difficult health history. Tony just has to work on rebuilding his enzyme system to beat pfs. You have to beat a disease- remove the organisms that are causing your disease (likely pathogens), let your gut balance out for a significant time period as you slowly go into remission from symptoms while concurrently slowly building enzyme system with nutrition. (Have you tried juicing?)

Once you are in good place with UC- and I’m sure your pfs will be vastly improved, Then it’s time to go after pfs itself rebuilding enzyme system w/ tei and/or using one of the shorT cuts like anavar.

Long post, and I know you don’t like listening to me for some reason. But People like us with “shitty” non-pfs diseases to go with pfs- we need to be the strongest of the strong. We are lucky we have this website as a form of guidance. You just don’t understand how lucky because you have yet to see the major benefits @Helen has taught.

I’ve seen the benefits— lol I know when I’m done with Lyme, pfs will be A LOT easier to come back from... post pfs I will become Superman with the knowledge I’ve gained here. I hope you do too Wuf.

I don't know may be you are vitamin b2 deficient , and this is why your vitamin D does not go up, and thus you have low calcium.


I dont know the TEI system exactly, their computer does all of this.

If you keep taking copper, but calcium does not rise. may be you are deficient in actually B2 and vitamin D.

This could also explain why your hormones could be down, since B2 is needed in hormones.


And it looks like the more copper you take , the less hormone output you have , like you are going into 4 lows.

no it is not the same supplements. they would never feed you chromium with low K

Thus you are missing vitamin D, you are missing progesterone, cortisol, steroids.

450cyp enzyme are iron sulfur enzymes , then riboflavin is used for reductase, and NADPH . So b1 b2 and iron sulfur .

May be oxidative stress is breaking down the iron sulfur cluster.

Or may be you are iron deficient


Copper actually can be just free here and may be used up big time if you increase cyp450 enzymes.

Since estradiol will increase ceruloplasmin. so will progesterone.

When I got healthy from cfs/Lyme perspective last year, it took me only 4 months. It took hard work and dedication- but 4 months all it was.

Proudest time period of my life- I’m doing similar stuff to last year now and it’s working and I’m getting there. But those 4 months were something I never knew could’ve possibly been out there- but they were. You just gotta achieve it to realize it’s out there.

With cfs gone, I was now able to cycle ru with prog. Major improvement with that. Liver flushes- each one got me better. Then really working wit betaine hcl/ protein digestion and pfs was in very decent livable place by February (body ok with sex 2 times a day with no aids).

I don’t know what the cause of UC is. But people go at roundabout ways of beating it- like tei, Like fasting, like extremely strong diets/exercise. I’m not in expert in UC, but I trained myself to be an expert in my disease and it worked.

I know that you can certainly do the same. Would be interesting to see more of you guys in thread with UC here. My dad has it. Lol when I beat cfs/ PFS and my dad respects me for it, I’ll hope to convince him to follow yOu guys.

Calcium is only low on my recent test. It was always highish or normal. ARL gave me lots of paramin, to control the magnesium/calcium ratio. TEI now gives me none for it.

I took high dose B1 and B2 about two/three weeks ago. Stopped when it gave me the flu for the first time in years.

Vitamin D was always fine.

With the skin problems I have (no connective tissue, no collagen, vitiligo, candida) I know it's copper related. I think it's not available in my body. Hoping another cycle with copper does something at least.

Maybe I'll need a binder, such as cysteine/histdine.

Where am I 4 lows? Maybe 3 lows.
I read going into 3 or 4 lows after the initial test is normal.
But my first test calcium was definitely not low.

How do you come up with all this now,
I thought you know my progesterone is really high. And I’m missing Potassium.
