Woke up with a rock hard erection the likes I haven't seen in a year. Though still with physical changes.

Also been dreaming clearer than I have at any time since PSSD
Nice, been doing anything differently?

Alrighty man that’s what I’m talking about! I think most of us have some sort of pathogen at play keeping us from getting back to normal.

@Niles

Still on my herbal protocol to tackle my parasite

@bruschi11

Yeah it definitely could be worth people adding natural anti parasitics to their diet. A large part of my herbal programme is just highly concentrated versions of things like garlic, black walnut, oregano, olive. All proven to have anti parasitic effects.

Was with my nutritionist today, the appointment before mine she saw a girl who had post SSRI sexual dysfunction, her only lingering symptom was that she had a shrunken clit, which is pretty interesting as the symptom of mine that I see lingering after I finish my protocol is definitely the penis shrinkage. Funny how common these issues we have are when you start to look in the right places.

It has improved sporadically, attacking the parasite has definitely led to notable improvements in mental and sexual areas, but I shouldn't actually be so hasty. I can speak with more certainty only after I have rechecked stool to see the parasite gone, and I have seen stability in symptoms for a while

Triggered my costochondritis that I haven't had in a year doing pressups a few days ago, have knee pain as well. Its an annoying thing when you get ill (EBV for me) and lose a lot of muscle, puts your joints under more strain. Shouldn't push hard in that situation.

I am 6 foot and only 62kg now, before I was 74

-What you call Pressups are Pushups right?? Just curious. And also costochondritis is a ribcage / joint/ cartilage inflammation disorder? Sternum Pain? Chestplate?
-Just thinking aloud... I got cartilage/ joint issues too (can or used to be able to arm stretch 180-360 degrees). -I'm an alien. -worse pain with pfs, but also randro/herbs.

Do you jog at all? My knees were awful before I started jogging. It seems counterintuitive, but in my case I just needed to stretch and strengthen the tissue around the joint. I had been doing just squats and deadlifts prior which made it worse at first, but once I started jogging on my off days and to warm up for weight training, my knees have been way better. Zero pain or stiffness.

-With the right footwear, right stance, and ideally flat / soft surface, same with knee and leg exercises/ with those tension bands/ or pads/ or knee sleeves... or mma grips.
-can be beneficial, i agree.

I'm exactly the same, I got knee pain this time because I'd stopped jogging whilst dealing with EBV, and decided to do a leg day before I started jogging again. If I've been jogging regularly squats are completely fine.

Yep costochondritis is when you get inflammation between the ribs and sternum. Pressups, pushups, always assumed they were the same

This is awesome man glad you’re going after parasite and doing so well. I knew you’d find a way, I remember you asked me awhile back and I mentioned your gut. Have you noticed your gut getting better?

Now that you’ve gone after parasite, might want to check out my log. @Ocguy wrote out a nice gut rebuilding, cleansing roUtine out to me About 9 days ago. Might want to hop on- I’ve started it and it’s extremly strong.

Guts definitely doing better dude, takes a long time to heal so I don't think I'm at the finish line yet, But happy with the changes I've seen so far.

Looks a good protocol, keep us updated on how that goes for you, might introduce it after another month of my current one

I've had consistent hard erections ever since I started this gut protocol. Unfortunately for 9 months before that I wasn't getting solid erections, and I think that's resulted in erectile tissue wastage or something, because my shrinkage is bad. Going to see a urologist for scans because it's really getting me down. One thing after another

Its happening exactly the same. Two months without cum or orgasm and night ereftions are not as string anymore. Wetn to do an eco to my Pennis doctor didnt saw fibrosis or calcified tissue but I can't have the same size anymore. Hope its not a permanent situation. Keep me updated bro as I may have same problem as you. Can you tell me if inclined bed therapy helped you?

Will do, I never did inclined bed therapy, I think in that thread I just said that my erection quality was better in my bed at home than in my university bed which was terrible

OK bro
Ask your urologist if that situation is reversible coz I'm also scared it's too long without oenis tissue to get proper pump and blood looks like its being shut down somehow. Keep updating bro!

Try not to get too discouraged; there are plenty of PFS cases where shrinkage has been reversed, so it's definitely possible, though it would take some time. As you probably know, I've had some issues in that department as well. Just out of curiosity, what do you hope to gain from a urologist appointment? I hadn't considered going to one because I figure best case scenario they don't see anything so can't do anything about it, worst case they see something but still can't do anything about it.
