Hey guys,

I'm new on the forum, but I've been on hackstasis from quite some time. I did accutane for approximately 6 months 4 years ago and my body is slowly declining from there...
Here's my hair analysis, it says I am low in Zinc and copper basically. What should I do know ? Order the supplements they recommanded ?

Thank you for your time !

Hello and welcome man
what supplements did they recommend ? tell us a bit more about your symptoms, what do you mean by slowly declining body?

I see your chromium is quite elevated, Iron toxicity, deficiency, or excess could be at play here

- strong hair loss
- troubles digesting food (extremely sleepy after meals)
- easily tired

Accutane induced rosacea

Did you have a look at @shredder hair test? He is PAS as well.

It looks pretty much like 4 highs.
Im not absulutely sure what the perfect thing to do is when 4 high, but I guess you need to push in one direction.
4 high is worst, you want to be slow or fast. So that you adjust your diet and lifestyle to your oxidation rate so you are balanced.

Yes I took a quick look !
The paper says I'm a slow-mixed type and that I should avoid carbohydrates and processed food.
Guess I should also order the supplements.

Before ordering the supplements, I noticed that it is a lot of each nutrients to take...
Can I spare any of the recommandations ?

@gbolduev , sorry to bother you, but can you take a quick look at the supplements recommandations ? I'm still looking for help regarding my hair analysis.

The ARL says I should be heading towards slow oxydation but before accutane I always had trouble gaining weight and displayed symptoms from fast oxydiser type...
I mostly believe I have a copper problem.
Also, I'm not sure for how long I should take the supplements.
Thank you

I would order the supplements and start, usually you would take them for 1-2 months, and retest hair at 3 months(taken close to the scalp).

Reviewed the recs and they are suggesting mainly Zn, Se, Mn, Bo, along with Mg and Ca and all the vitamins, betaine, electrolytes. Nothing out of the ordinary other then a high intake of Zn.

Zn - ~80mg day
Se - 300mcg day
Mn - 3mg day
Bo - 1.5mg day
