Anyone who is on RU or just got off it, make a new thread in the logs section. It's the subsection under the PFS and PSSD section.

Doesn't have to be only for RU either if you are doing high dose progesterone or pine pollen, clomid etc
Make a thread in the log section..it will be much easier this way

anyone looking to take RU! im strongly suggesting a prolactin lowering drug after day 3 of ru. for myself prolactin is ruining my progress and i will be taking metergoline tomorrow and hope that its not too late.
my prolactin has been so high recently that i have been sleepy with massive headaches. i think anyone about to jump on the ru train take caber or metergoline while ON it or right after its done.

Is that the one gbold recommended? And did he agree the headaches are due to prolactin?

it's super weird because during this i've had moments were I could have sex as good as I used to and other times no libido at all... even now it fluctuates.

I only fapped once in 4 months since I crashed. Had sex quite a few times though. You think it's best to abstain from sex as well if doing an RU trial or in general during any protocol?

this is not what gbold recommended. what he recommended is take things as needed or when you feel symptoms. very vague, and well im feeling symtoms alright. mood is shit, libido is down again and sensitivy lower but still good along with decrease orgasm pleasure along with MASSIVE headaches. all signs of sky rocketed prolactin.

gbold mentioned and tubzy quoted it "Regulation comes from Progesterone receptors, while controlling Prolactin. In most protocols, you will need to do this, since when your testosterone levels go up, you will face high Prolactin problem. 2 ways to deal with it.
1) cabergoline
2) multivitamin with active Bs
3) when you lift your steroid production -- you need to take Zinc to lower aromatase for a month. Then take multivitamin with Zinc and Copper and Manganese and active Bs.
Ru486 seems very interesting and could be tried. Clomid with Dostinex and Zinc will work.
Progesterone I never tried, Dexamethasone never tried.

This guy took RU486. Look at the dosages. And if you get your steroid pathway up and running, then make sure to not let Prolactin go up otherwise everything will get downregulated again. Basically, downregulation comes from 2 sides, Prolactin and Progesterone. Control both and your steroid pathway will explode.
Prolactin downregulation happens with Clomid,
"

its crucial prolactin gets addressed.

i think keeping the organism to a minimum when on any protocol would be recommended due to the sensitivity with prolactin.

So metergoline works as well as caber for prolactin issues? Good to know as I have on hand I believe.

We really need to get gbold on board here.

Guys, what were the signs of high prolactin? The RP thread was deleted so can’t go back to view it. I think JoeKool mentioned it before.

the only thing I know for sure is longer refractory period... my refractory period went from 20 minutes to days since my crash lol

Good point Jack. There were a few more points too but I can’t remember details.

From a medical website:
In men, excess prolactin can cause loss of (or decreased) sex drive, low energy levels, difficulty obtaining an erection and reduced fertility.

The interesting thing is that in the one or two cases I found of people running RU486 trials on the internet (before people on RP got a hold of it) they reported feeling very fatigued. Perhaps controlling prolactin really is the key to all of this.

metergoline works great for it, yes! myself and @tubzy has had some great success with it.

after our cycles i would say one should strongly consider running the d2 gonist during and shortly after coming off ru486. maybe start running it in the half way point of the ru cycle. thats my 2 cents.

it is possible i didnt handle my prolactin in time and have ruined my ru trials. we will know once i get this back in check tho.

Ihate FIN. I remember last time you took RU, you were constantly improving after you got off.

How long have you guys been off of this thing now?

The guy who took Ella, did not seem to experience bad sides at all. May be dosages are important here

We never tested RU. SO we are going by your previous snap back and improvements. May be it was the cofactors that worked well last time

Another thing I am thinking about. May be cortisol is getting too high and this was a difference between your first cycle and this one. In previous one it was only progesterone mostly that got effected and in this one cortisol was effected more.

May be that is why the guy on Ella did not experience any of these sides. Since Ella did not touch his cortisol.

I don't like this difference of your first trial and this one.
