Within a few days on these new supps and diet (lower fat) my strength is through the roof. I am skinny but my strength is insane. Almost on par as when I weighed 235lbs. I weigh around 185lbs and I am 6'6. Which is very low weight. But I feel better at this weight.

Now I see why MMA athletes use hairtests as well.

I am eating normal, not bulking. Probably even under my calories on some days.

Not sure what it is. Maybe the metabolism is higher from the less fat and dairy. Or it is the extra iron from the supplements.

I also have a lot of vivid dreams on this cycle. Not sexual, sometimes nightmares, sometimes normal dreams.

LOL dude thats awesome!

Which mma fighters use hair tests? I didnt know!!

Maybe it could be all the b6 pumping your cells with magnesium - its supposed to be super critical for force exertion

I'm also having lots of vivid dreams at the moment on my (similarly high in b6) TEI routine. the supps this time i had no adverse reaction to, right off the bat. Although i dont remember suffering on my last round of supps either.

First 3 cycles I did not have it this much. First cycle was better strength but this is crazy haha.

Shows me it can take a while to get balanced.

TJ Dillashaw is the most well known who does. He also used steroids. They probably balance the hair test and then add low dose steroids on top. Pretty much what Helen also talked about a year ago or so.

The coach he is working with is well known in the MMA scene and he uses hairtests, chelation, minerals etc. Not sure what his name is.

you see how they went, first they gave you zinc, filled you up, then they gave you copper, fillled you up. and then they turned around and gave you iron.

and what people do ? they take testosterone which raises iron and get infections and get fucked. and then people take test with antibiotics since they constantly get infections.

B6 increases progesterone which blocks aldosterone, and retains potassium and spares magnesium.

Update:

Doing pretty good. Definitely feel better on the zinc now again but I also notice on the zinc cycles I do get the emotionlessness and very analytical approach to life. Not a bad feeling though. I think I am dumping copper sometimes and then I get racing thoughts and OCD type of thought. I want to play videogames when I feel that. Also pain in my balls like crazy. I read this could be a copper elimination.

I guess it is in cycles. A lot of zinc -> a lot of copper (opposite). Now they also added in iron. Definitely notice I have more energy. I am not so completely dead tired 24/7. I think from the iron and lower calcium and lower fat diet. Energy wise doing pretty good! Which is great.

I do notice I am still fragile underneath. Yesterday I pushed myself too hard went too heavy in the gym because I was pumped up on adrenaline for some reason.

Maybe from a copper dump or other metal I am not sure. Today I don't feel as good as I did before these days. Lesson learned.

Same feeling on zinc, my energy levels are quite low, feeling weak in the gym so I am doing shorter workouts, like 30 mins and not going failure with every set.

My energy outside the gym is good except when I train too hard like I did yesterday.

ZMC should not lower Na/K too much since it contains Manganese and C which raise Na/K. But I think if you take a lot of ZMC you are gonna get a bit of that catabolic effect. This is what I noticed at least.

This cycle is no where near as bad though. Feel pretty good lately!

It is actually weird, before PFS I did very good on zinc, higher motivation and improved sex drive, better strength. Now it is the opposite.

It is not so weird. If your body is already in low Na/K and you take zinc you will feel worse. Maybe before PFS you had high Na/K and the zinc lowered it to optimal levels. Plus you are not just taking zinc, also manganese and C.

I feel good on the supps. First time I feel better taking the supplements although I think I get "retracing" symptoms on some days. But they are shorter than before.

I am starting to feel better on supps also. I think the better we get that taking the supps will feel like taking nothing.

I noticed the same thing the last cycle. So far similar this cycle I just started.
