Good luck! you have the recovery mind set locked in.

Also I notice the same, with noFAP. More drive if I hold off, but it really relieves anxiety so I don’t noFAP. Plus if I hold of too long it just come out at night anyway in dream.

Yea I have had wet dreams before. I don't mind them. Thanks man. I will be fine I am certain.

I am going to take break from these forums. If something good happens to me I will let you guys know. If something bad happens I will too.

KEEP PUSHING GUYS. ALWAYS. Even on the SHIT days. That's right. Even more so on the shit days. Fight your own mind if you have to.

And don't let negative people drag you down. They are emotional vampires. They live on the dreams of the living. They hate themselves above all else.

They want to see the light disappear out of your eyes. But you won't let them.

And this is why you will get better. You will get better. There is no other way. As long as you keep pushing forward.

OK guys I need to force myself to not login forums for a while. LOL

I like discussing with people on mentality. It is addicting to me.

So I'm going to focus on recovery.

Peace.

I never use testosterone when I cycled. I always preferred using things standalone at least the stuff I tried (superdrol, masteron, anavar). I think the hype in the BB community that everything needs to be with testosterone is way over blown. I don't even like test TBH. I only tried masteron post PFS though. Superdrol I took Pre fin and felt low energy wise but great mentally.

All these PFS people that tried anadrol (saw a few old logs) or even superdrol (haven't seen any logs for PFSers) take it with test. It was rumored that anadrol and superdrol upregulate the estrogen receptor despite being considered non aromatizable since some people get gyno from it. It would be interesting to see a PFS person so superdrol or anadrol only cycle with no test and come off it and see how they feel. That is what I concluded why superdrol put me in a hyperandrogenic state due to the upregulation of ER which triggered DHT.

your superandro state sounds so cool besides the hair loss. would be curious if anyone wanted to try it.

Today is 11 days after last injection. Probably still have some testosterone in body but on the low side.

I am doing good. Energy levels are definitely lower. Libido is kind of low. After training I am tired. But I am staying active.

I swam in sea yesterday. Tomorrow I am going again. I think this week I will swim 3-4 times in sea for 1 hour. Next week too.

Getting good amount of sun.

Walking 1 hour everyday.

I am taking electrolytes (magnesium chloride and potassium chloride).

Eating good diet for me: red meat, rice, eggs, sometimes banana and some honey, sometimes spinach, coffee.

This seems to keep my mood up and energy up.

Will post update in another week. I think after 20 days or so testosterone will completely bottom out and then my body will start producing own testosterone again. We'll see how it goes.

Have a good week guys.

I swam in sea today, on day 2 after 17 day coconut water/juice fast. The salt water just feels right.

I am starting to think natural approach to body is best. Unless you are in a shithole where nothing works (no ability to utilise food).

Exogonous hormones, big pharma products (isolated vitamins, minerals) seem to do more damage then cure things. In nature you cannot even find these products. It makes 0 sense. A lot of supplements are made from waste (animal) product and other crap.

Food contains the vitamins and minerals you need in balanced form. And to actually utilise the vitamins in the body. Animal food like grassfed red meat and eggs contain most B vitamins plus fat soluble vitamins and amino acids. Butter contains Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin B12, Vitamin K2. Eat those foods in good amount so you get enough and do it consistently for a while.

I think a lot of people think you need supplements because you took something from big pharma (accutane, finasteride, SSRI). They think you need to pop more pills to get better again.

People create products because they want to earn money not because they want to make you healthy.

What I think is that things from nature can be the cure in most cases. Quality food. Swimming in the sea for minerals. And fasting to get better. Some physical activity everyday. NATURAL ways to do things. Instead of putting coffee in a tube inside your anus. Or popping 10 vitamin pills. It sounds crazy because it is crazy.

I have swam for 3 times in the sea this week and next week I will swim another 3-4 times in the sea for 1-2 hours. It feels great being in nature and in the sea. Would recommend for everyone.

Have a good week next week guys!

Indeed. Went to the beach this evening and my libido is through the roof right now. The seawater is definitely helpful at that, eventhough dr Wilson isn’t a fan and that it could unbalance people on nutritional balancing programs.

swimming in the sea and fasting will cure anyone. That is my fav

I take cold showers and ice baths already and they're massively beneficial to me. What do you think about adding bath salts and other stuff to try and mimic the mineral content of the sea? Or is this something where it would just be impossible to recreate the environment that makes the sea so beneficial?

When i had eczema as a kid it would always go way down on holidays and guess what, i was basically swimming in the sea all day every day during those times

Tomorrow is 3 weeks after last injection.

I sleep fine. No mood issues. In the morning it takes longer to wake up. Could also be because I quit caffeine.

Overall my motivation to do things is lower. But it is not non-existent. Sex drive is low. Recovery from gym takes longer. Strength is still good. I expected this.

My baseline temperature seems higher. I am sweating like a pig all day long. I have higher baseline heart rate. I feel hot all day long. Not hot flashes. Just all the time. I am also leaning out losing bodyfat quickly. Could be because of my higher activity (walking and swimming). Plus it is very hot right now where I live. But I am literally drenched in sweat even sitting in a cool apartment.

I am doing currently:

- Diet high in butter, meat, eggs (raw & cooked), raw milk - just trying this out, tastes real good,
- Some rice - more on workout days, some honey - more on workout days.
- Added in some salt with iodine with the red meat
- Swimming in the sea regularly (1 hour or so)
- Workout 3-4 times a week, heavy but lower volume
- 30min-1+ hour walks everyday, also 5 minute walk after every meal w/ carbohydrates
- Cold showers
- Posture exercises (by Mike Cernovich)
- Electrolytes (potassium chloride & magnesium chloride) only with last meal
- Early to bed - dark room, no electricity

I think from now my body has to restart own hormone production. So let's see what happens. I will update in a week or so.

Just to confirm. Do you think you definitely recovered 100% from pfs and this is something different? Or were you not 100% recovered from
Pfs in retrospect?

When you are recovered again, please please do not touch any other hormone or even supplement. It’s not worth it.

You are right it is not worth it.

Not sure. I think I was recovered. I feel pretty good. No where near what I had with PFS. PFS was constant anxiety, high stress, depression, zero sex drive, no ability to get it up and no attraction to women. Overall a state of high stress 24/7.

I do not have any of those effects except my sex drive and motivation is lower now because my testosterone is low.

I have no brainfog at all. I feel very alive in general. In PFS I felt emotionless and zombie-like.

If I still have PFS I would say I could live with it easily.

I am going to focus on getting as healthy as possible anyways. This is also the reason why I quit testosterone. I did not feel 100% good on it. I want to feel 100% good. Not 80%. I was tired of putting my body through all this.

Before trying the testosterone I felt 90% good I would say.

I wanted to become a bodybuilder. For a long time. So I wanted to try it.

But now I see health is more important then having big muscles.

Hope that answered your concern.

i think the zinc did you in, man from what i read... if you wanna be a body builder you gotta let your hair go.

if you needed to combat estrogen on a test cycle you should have used masteron prop... woulda lowered estrogen in a natural way and maybe fixed the hairloss... but if it didnt the gainz and libido and muscle hardness woulda been off the charts.

seems like youll be 100% once your test comes up.. you not doing a pct? just waiting it out?

Yea waiting it out. Tamofixen made me feel like shit. I read Clomid is even worse.

Gotta say my testosterone is low now but I do not feel that much different. Libido and motivation is low. But nothing like PFS or Tamoxifen.

i dont think you have pfs again or anything def not. maybe the zinc depleted your copper too much.

I think I'll be fine. Will let you guys know in a few weeks if I feel better again.
