You need to stop worrying about pfs and just focus on tei. I know it's hard but you have to have faith in tei and know that it's helping you.Luckily my digestion is pretty good and regular now. Especially with the addition of HCL! I’ll try and push through it all and keep going.
I’ve ordered some NAC to see if it can help my liver just in case the raised SHBG is due to something irritating it. I have seen others mentioning cysteine and histidine.
Is cysteine better than NAC or is it the same thing?
I had almost the exact same symptoms you have and tei is slowly curing me.
I know how bad the anxiety and insomnia is. RU did help me a lot in this area but we are all so different, I can't it good conscious recommend it. There is a possibility it could be a waste of time or make things worse.
Tei will help but it's not always easy.
