Many of us have/had shin splints. I'm still struggling with this and decided to find the cause. In my case it seems to stem primarily from slight bone loss in my feet, ankles.
This causes (as i stated in my log), for my feet to lean more towars the outside of my sneakers, due to my feet not filling the sneakers completely.
Its a biomechanical flaw/injury
Im curious as to how you guys who overcame this feel your body was able to adapt.
Increase in foot size?
Foot balancing adaptation?
Smaller sneakers?
Less running/sport?
All of the above?
