I use jarrow 100mg. Pretty cheap.

I take it with tyrosine twice a day. Serine, histidine 2x and lysine, arginine, glycine, methionine 1x.

I have some lipo gluthathione enroute, will report effects. Stuff is $$, so hoping positive!

@Helen Taking the bile acids between meals on empty stomach should be more powerful for liver detox right? With meals it is just used up for digestion of fats in that meal.. It should be the same as when Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez used pancreatic enzymes for pancreatic cancer. He also used them on empty stomach so it is not wasted for meal digestion.. I used 2 bottles of jarrow bile acids, but just one capsule with the meal. I will try them again but on empty stomach..

@Helen Lipo glutathione seems to be ruining my sleep after testing for 5 days, seems like high cortisol symptoms, any thoughts on why?

Stopped it today, and will see how I respond tonigt.

I would not probably use it in your case.

@Helen what you think about iodine(lugol's solution) for like mercury detox? I have crazy symptoms just from 2 drops(one drop is 1,2mg of iodine) in glass of water. Do you recommend taking iodine overall? This humble mineral in form of lugol's solution has very impressive review on sides like amazon, iherb.. It was used a lot for all kinds of things back then.. So I wonder if I should take it. Chlorella has similar symptoms, but like 20 times weaker..

@Legna88

I am finished with you. Go look at Hairtests of Herrfish and raincoast and see how they are deficient in copper. Then take the beef liver and go to the lab and test it. And see how it is deficient in copper. I am wasting my time explaining stuff to you.

These people ate beef liver on Ray Peat diet and all crashed. People have functional copper deficiency , when they are extremely toxic in copper in the brain and liver.

Fast oxidizer is deficient in copper magnesium and manganese, this is what nutritional balancing give those people. If you try to give to slow oxidizer. It will cause what you see on hairtest of Herrfish and Raincoast

b12 deficiency is really a copper deficiency, LOL no shit , in fast oxidizer b12 is spent since thyroid is too fast and copper slows down the thyroid. It is a b12 deficiency and if you train, you cant substitute it with copper, unless you want to kill your metabolism.

Seminars not allowed to public. LOL Sounds like he is copper toxic big time.

I have a guy who read this kind of stuff online 3 months ago. He started on Morley Robbins , magnesium copper manganese thing. He was in slow oxidation. I told him not to do it. I can show you his picture. Do you want to see how moon face looks?

Do you have pics of this person yet? Im still interested in seeing the effects of supplementing the wrong things.

I was doing epsom salt baths. People be careful if you are low in salt. Magnesium will absolutely crush your sodium. I had insanely low blood pressure every time after epsom salt bath.. Btw @gbolduev liver flushes for people with zero bile are useless right? I had done 2 flushes. Zero stones, just diarrhea from oil and citrus juice..

Stones doesn't necessarily have to be calcified.
If you aren't seeing cholesterol stones at least , then your ducts aren't opening..

@Orion 4 months late but still. Considering ARL doesnt send to my country.. am i at a big loss here? i wanted to do the hair analysis with them but your practitioner told me that
i could gowith TEI through someone who has exclusive rights to my country. What do you guys and helen recommend ?

If ARL is worth it i will dig out a practitioner that is willing to work overseas.

Also i've collected hair each of these 4 months, would it be worth it to send a double test, lets say month 1 and month 4? I've changed some thing in this time period
and tried aripiprazole for my ocd, although its giving me involuntary movements so ill tapper off and stop it i dont know how this could screw up the results.

This protocol is really great if you are looking for something that’s not ARL and you think you are toxic @gar0u87 .

Omit hydrogen water I’d say at this time because we don’t know enough about it.

Get off the apiprazole... that is a strong drug man we don’t want to have that in play. Unless you’re really suicidal or something and it’s treating you right.

I appreciate your straightforwardness, if anything is making me want to tear off my skin and im naturaly a non depressive person.

Then TEI it is!

Hydrogen water that depressing? @gar0u87 for you I mean?
Not good, sorry to hear that, I hope that does not occur for long. And I hope I can avoid such rxns.
Wanting to rip someone's skin off sounds like a characterization of increased agitation/ irritation.
TEI sounds better.

That's why I always omitted it. Since it's mention. It seems far too risky for me.

Thanks for your concern man, it is due to aripiprazole.
The hydrogen water my father drinks it , i bought it for his parkinson after reading reports on it from japan, i occasionaly take a glass nothing systematical.

Ah. I see. Good. Makes sense for AAP's. No I mean, not good. That's good you dropped it.
Antipsychotics for OCD is pretty hardcore. It must be very severe.

I think TEI is good too. ARL & TEI are both good they just have their own way of doing things but will probably get the same results eventually
