--50% -80% recs may be same anyways. -- Disclaimer: *I could be very incorrect here, so don't take my word for it.* --So one a day = more tolerable most likely. @snowball.
--Possibly less tho*.
-- @Ingeno bc @snowball worried that results of test may not be reliable, due to using L.R. pre testing.
-I am certain I was Fast 1 or Slow 1 (fluctuating) much of last 12 yrs, only not in effexor (Faster) and also: PFS (slower). --ARL Fast 6mo ago, same but healthier, Slow 1 TEI
-I mean I was health and moreover efficiency-obsessed (bc I'm a space case otherwise... and never wanted to be ruined again). --So great fitness ---> militant fitness, v good eating went to perfect like since before 20. Now even crazier tho but I tried gluten no issue (tho bad for me). --Also other stuff. -sober etc.
-4 weeks ago. Using TEI now ...

-Probably best to get retested* but annoying/time consuming. And also need to wait a bit. I'm guessing. Again - not 100% certain (pretty high tho on most these points).

You mean TEI supplements once a day? Why did she recommend that? Just curious.
Her suggestion was to slowely increase dosage from 1x to 3x as body could be going through adjustment period. Also, i took Licorice before test so wanted to be more cautious of what i’m ingesting as I don’t want to create new imbalances. That’s why will restart with lower dose and slowly increase.

--That should work out very well man. Takes time, but I think that's great to hear that you can cont. with supps even if you need to slowly titrate the dose upwards.
--And that's actually sound, v good medical/health advice. Catherine's great for these kind of questions.

Restarted TEI Supplements yesterday.
- Had some bloating, anxiety and palpitations
+ Not feeling cold anymore; went out wearing a shirt when it was 5 degree and windy

Wake up with morning wood though no changes to scrotum size. Ella (past) was the only one causing most dramatic change to date. Hope to see similar benefits with TEI gradually!

I have high potassium in hair test but TEI still gave me potassium in one of the supps..why?
Is it because high potassium in hair means more potassium wasting and actually low potassium in body?

--1st they probably didn't give K to a huge level.
--Secondly it's in conjunction with other things the high K.
--I cannot exactly recall ARL from Mar. 20 but K was slightly high.
--I'm healthier now and K was pretty high on Sept. 10 TEI test.
--The amount they give it to you in is usually low, I think. --I have Zn... always made me sick post pssd, pre fin use, etc... doesn't now. Copper made me sick, doesn't now. etc.
--It's a total package thing basically.
--ANd it could be wasting. But they give you everything much like electrolyte protocol gives you everything.
-Much like water fasting down-regs like all hormones (except cortisol, possibly Norepinephrine and other stress hormones and neurotransmitters... at least for a time*).

Got a few more responses from Catherine. Posting it here as a reference (might not apply to others):

1. High potassium in a hair test can indicate high cortisol - so discontinuing licorice is a good idea at this point because it has been indicated in raising cortisol. It can support adrenal however the pain i’m experiencing is not indicated

2. Stay on the program and retest after a few weeks. Not necessary to retest now itself

3. Heart rate increase and palpitations could be due to electrolyte increase

It has been 1 week after restart and ~3 week overall with TEI. Here is the update:
- Anxiety levels went up
- Sudden weakness especially in evenings
- Frequent urination
- Penile and scrotum shrinkage continues
- Face looks slightly bloated (a bit like how was it before I took Ella)
- Facial skin looks dull and dark circles again prominent under eyes
+ palpitations went down a bit

No scalp itching or any indications of oily skin

stick through it, no matter what the first cycle/month or so on TEI/ARL is always bad. Also, you can try taking off one day a week too and that will give you a better sense of your baseline

Everything you listed is to be expected. You know it's working. It gets better after each cycle.

Update

I think my body has adjusted a bit more to TEI supps and no longer getting palpitations or racing heart rate.

No change with shrinkage however a friend pointed out yesterday that my face is looking thin (less water retention). I have noticed that too but this morning I can feel some water retention may be because I jacked off ;)

For last 2-3 days, I have been taking whey shake and can definitely see good benefits especially related to energy levels.

-Basically, If I wait or I wake up a bit later or earlier and rite before taking tei, sexual gains are better*... however on it, im happier... so later there will be snapback Im pretty sure, with all the other stuff in line. It's good either way, often 85% or so (sexually), but sometimes I freak out... but I realize it's way way better than before, and I need to wait... and I already did near a month, so what the hell... keep doing it. Plus all the fasting, fasted training, Randro, 4andro, ella, ru, spinach b1, electrolytes, etc took time too...
-It takes time to get to optimal health and ***stay there*** as well as get better, more balanced... so I'll do it. --Keep at it guys. Snowball, RWAC.

Update

For the last few weeks, I was able to maintain stable energy levels and digestion. Unfortunately that run came to a pause last Friday as I started having bad digestion issues - bloating, stomach ache, undigested food in stool, acid reflux etc. I have to temporarily skip TEI a few times over the last 2-3 days.

Not very sure of what impacted my digestion however I do know that I had lactose-free milk 1-2 times last week and also took Licorice twice (less than 25 mg) since I had an important presentation and it helps with energy level and mental clarity. I will try staying away from it for now.:(

YOU cant not take licorice )))) Licorice is like taking CORTISOL

If you are on TEI< you cant take anything, or it becomes worthless

why are you going to skip tei? do you think tei gave bad digestion?
