So i can go tei while i'm on drugs without harming myself, right?
what happens if i do it?

Dude. We don’t think you should be on these drugs.

The only person commenting here who had symptoms you describe is me. You should listen to what I preach. But you don’t and keep asking questions.

What I wrote an hour or so ago a few posts back... that’s all I can tell you.

The drugs you are taking are horrible for pfs. You don’t want those.

Take something like mirtazapine or cyproheptadine if you need drugs. All other antidepressants anti-anxieties are garbage.

And only use the cypro or mirtazapine for a short Time as a crutch when you get your gut back in shape.

I’m pretty sure you’re not going to listen to me. So I’m not going to comment anymore here.

That said if I were a betting man, I’m heavily betting against you if you are leaning on those antidepressants you are currently taking. I think you’re stuck.

And your anxiety isn’t pfs. Your anxiety is a major systemic issue that Finasteride triggered.

There are a ton of guys out there without anxiety with pfs.

You need to fix your entire system. TEI helps that. Fixing gut with fasting, colon cleansing, probiotics etc help fix that. Etc etc etc.

@bruschi11 , i don't want to take the antidepressants, nobody wants to. do you understand that i cannot shut them down instantly? i'll talk about mirtazapine and cyproheptadine with my psychiatrist.
and i already wrote that i'm quitting the drugs. slowly. the only one drug that i cannot quit is trazodone cause i need it to sleep. are mirtazapine and cyproheptadine used to sleep? why are better than trazodone? if i take mirtazapine or cyproheptadine can i jump on tei?

Yo Sonic get a TEI hairtest and then we can make a plan bro. We will have more insight in how your body is operating. I know you feel anxious but you have to force yourself to get the hairtest OK? Then you can decide if you want to take TEI supps or go other route. Hairtest is good to see where your problem is. It can be different for everybody.

BTW your diet is low in protein I see? Only fruits and veggies + 1 meal of protein? Or am I reading it wrong? How you gonna recover on that bro. If you feel like it is helping you keep doing it though. Everybody is different like I said.

Get Essential Amino Acids to supplement amino acids to create enzymes if you don't want to eat more protein from food.

hi rebel.
if i do the test, i'll do the program as well.

no, you are reading well. well, since i cannot fast, i called a doctor expert in fasting therapy and he put me on this regimen. it started on august. i wrote it all. then i tried to get fat, i started eating milk, more meat, bread, pasta... horrible. i turned back on my steps. the doctor makes me eat raw to clean my body. when i started i felt the same pains someone here had when started tei.
this diet makes me feel better than my previous diet. btw i know that many guys feel better on keto diet and everything is still in developement with my doctor.

i was thinking about amino's, expecially for my horrible skin but... if i do tei, do i need amino's as well? i thought that tei was very complete in this sense.

We know you can’t sleep. But if you need a drug for the time being and anxiety is too much, you need something. There is a form of anxiety that is too much. It’s not your head, you’re not making it up. You’re sick.

But in meantime you can use a crutch. And drugs like mirtazapine and cyproheptadine can be used as crutches. I don’t think trazodone is smart for long term.

Do you have any cortisol test results? No hairtest?

I did cortisol when i crashed on march, it was ok. I want to do the hairtest but since you are telling me that i cannot jump on tei because of my drugs...

by the way, i have only two simple questions:
1. why are mirtazapine or cyproheptadine better than trazodone in the long term?
2. exactly why i cannot start tei while i'm on (reducing) drugs? cause it would be less efficient? cause it will hurt me?

bro, english is only my second language... what did you mean? that i should stop the sleeping meds? because the problem is not that i sleep for a handful of hours, i do not sleep at all. zero. and i cannot stop drugs suddenly, i have to reduce them slowly. everybody knows.

Giys, in your opinion, if i'0m doing everything as usual (diet, exercise, drugs) why the hell since almost two weeks i have a big increase in the anxiety level?

Because your illness isn’t just pfs. There’s definitely a pathogen or collection of pathogens at play making your life miserable. Have you gotten tested for Lyme disease and it’s co infections?

Even if it’s not Lyme. Pathogens, infections are major factor for your distress.

Maybe try an ozone treatment. Ozone bathing for a few days.

Pfs is probably least of your pRoblems. You a re a sick person.

And what does “ok” mean for cortisol. What were exact results.

From my research on antidepressants. Trazodone was a bad one. Been a long time since I’ve done the research so I cannot recall exactly why. But it hits area of brain that we don’t want to play with.
