Is it possible that by altering your own rhythms, for example by being late on Saturday night and waking up late the next morning, your symptoms get worse? Does anyone else experienced something like this or it has not anything to do with it?
This night i came back home at 4 am and this morning i woke up at 11 after a nightmarish sleep. I woke up with terrible anxiety and i felt like i wanted to die. I usually go bed around 10.30/11.00 pm and wake up by 7.30/8 am.
before i got a lot more balanced i too noticed that any slight alteration to my sleep schedule or pattern ruined my next day like i was almost unfunctional and felt like i had gone 3 days with like 2 hours of sleep.
