Swimming in the "Ocean"

I was trying to mimic swimming in the ocean as @Helen has reported many times and I found this:

https://www.amazon.com/Dead-Sea-War...&qid=1537041417&sr=1-7&keywords=dead+sea+salt

The ingredients listed read: Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Sulphate, Bromide, and trace minerals.

I have taken 3 baths in it and found I feel more masculine and focused after each bath. I also notice getting some heartburn with Betaine HCL, suggesting more stomach acid then before the baths.

Anyone tried it?

Yup, I used that before. I don't have a full bath though but just feet. Works 20x better than Epson salts (only mag). You are getting all minerals versus just mag like in epson.

I laid in it for about an hour all three times...I am pretty psyched about how I feel in it. Super confident and relaxed. Also no restless leg

Yeah. Epsom salt baths make me tired as fuck as well. Thought it would’ve been good for my low magnesium levels, but I feel drained whenever I have one.

Will try out dead sea salt baths next time.

Oh jesus.... My heart rate's really hi was last nite and waking up now (at 3.40... anyways)...
Almost had a heart attack. I thought you wrote: "Something's" in the ocean.

11-3.40 or 10.30 -3.40 but woke at 1 or 2 also.

Lyrics:
If You Should Go - Susana (and Armin and various other dj's). (Trance)

A troubled mind in search
Of a bright neon bay
I swim to shore
The only route to take
Is perfection itself
The stars lead the way
As waves make oceans complete
Fate is the shell of my beat
O how I feel all that I need
Under my thoughts under my fears

Little things I know they're real

They make my soul complete

Little things and all they bring
Are fragments bitter sweet

Little things not everything
Coz glitter is no goal
Simple things are all I need
a friend to guide to hold
[If you should go
If you should go now
(Go now)] Repeat x2.

@Helen, since TRANCE is my LIFE - I will seek refuge in the ocean soon. As soon as I can. The ocean is calling me. I need to find my white whale.

How much salt do you usually put in the bath? I've done dead sea salt foot baths, but I never did a full bath since I doubted it's cost effectiveness.

I’m pretty excited to use this stuff when I fast again. No need to go to ocean. Probably find it cost effective just for a fast when you really need it @Niles .

Right on.. going to try.

Used to do Epsom salts all the time and definitely got me feeling normalish sparks of libido too.. but I started getting racing heart after.. like 110 to 115 resting bpm.. not good.
Thanks

about a cup and a half...yeah pricey but you can get 25 pounds for 60 bucks which is pretty good for bulk.

I got the same, I felt like I was going to pass out after epsoms, the mag dumps sodium unlike dead sea salt or just regular salt ocean water which contains sodium plus all the other minerals in balance

I have used a 2 pound tub and a 5 pound tub now for a total of like 9 baths. This is what I have noticed:

-My craving for salt has increased, I salt everything. I should also add I am taking Potassium chloride, Sodium chloride, Mag chloride, and Calcium chloride in a 4:2:1:1 ratio everyday with KCL being around 4g.

-The hardest part is actually sitting in a bath for an hour. Podcasts, books, etc...but depending on your bath it can be uncomfortable. Mine is small so it is kind of lame.

-Hard to nail down exactly how I feel, but just this general sense of strength and ability to enforce boundaries. I have had these boundaries in my head that I have wanted to enforce in how people treat me, and after doing these baths for a few days, I have started enforcing them. Come fight me, I don't care...I will be treated a certain way or you can leave. That kind of thing. My focus cannot be shaken and me run over, so anything that is thrown at me, I can speak to without anxiety or with curiosity.

-I have not grown any hair back, or grown muscles, or lost weight, or really had any apparent change. There seems to be more of an air of masculinity around me, and women seem to be responding to it, with some ladies in stores seemingly wanting to hang around me more.

Overall I like these baths a lot. They seem to give benefits without much downside, at least so far.

If I take too much Betaine HCL, I get easily angry. This rage just kind of stews in my head...but along with that anger is a lack of fear or anxiety. These baths seem to give the later with very little of the former. I would say I have been prone a bit more to anger, but somehow I can talk about it easier and find a solution whereas with betaine it is just useless rage. I like that the reward:downside is so much better with these baths.

Also, sleep is great, very little restless legs...it was less at first and has come back a bit, but not much.
