Swimming in the "Ocean"

I have used a 2 pound tub and a 5 pound tub now for a total of like 9 baths. This is what I have noticed:

-My craving for salt has increased, I salt everything. I should also add I am taking Potassium chloride, Sodium chloride, Mag chloride, and Calcium chloride in a 4:2:1:1 ratio everyday with KCL being around 4g.

-The hardest part is actually sitting in a bath for an hour. Podcasts, books, etc...but depending on your bath it can be uncomfortable. Mine is small so it is kind of lame.

-Hard to nail down exactly how I feel, but just this general sense of strength and ability to enforce boundaries. I have had these boundaries in my head that I have wanted to enforce in how people treat me, and after doing these baths for a few days, I have started enforcing them. Come fight me, I don't care...I will be treated a certain way or you can leave. That kind of thing. My focus cannot be shaken and me run over, so anything that is thrown at me, I can speak to without anxiety or with curiosity.

-I have not grown any hair back, or grown muscles, or lost weight, or really had any apparent change. There seems to be more of an air of masculinity around me, and women seem to be responding to it, with some ladies in stores seemingly wanting to hang around me more.

Overall I like these baths a lot. They seem to give benefits without much downside, at least so far.

If I take too much Betaine HCL, I get easily angry. This rage just kind of stews in my head...but along with that anger is a lack of fear or anxiety. These baths seem to give the later with very little of the former. I would say I have been prone a bit more to anger, but somehow I can talk about it easier and find a solution whereas with betaine it is just useless rage. I like that the reward:downside is so much better with these baths.

Also, sleep is great, very little restless legs...it was less at first and has come back a bit, but not much.

salt lowers needs for adrenaline, thus you get more noradrenaline and dopamine available . This is why

But why would I crave it more from these baths?

May be salt increases progesterone higher. and on the snap back , you retain more potassium

Same as when people take potassium this increases aldosterone, and thus people with high aldosterone taking potassium , can actually worsen the situation sometimes at first.

Also YOU do take a lot of potassium daily. People reported feeling manly from potassium also.

Yes I was taking the potassium daily before the baths...their effect is similar, the baths just compounded it. I would think the potassium would lower progesterone more then salt would increase it. I dunno though.

Thanks for your thoughts.

@Tar do you know if other dead sea salt brands will work as well ? Like this one: https://www.amazon.it/gp/aw/d/B002D2TW1G/ref=cm_cr_arp_mb_bdcrb_top?ie=UTF8
I can't find your brand in my country.

I hope it hasn't much magnesium otherwise it would kill me, but i already read someone said their blood pressure went down, so i'm kind of scared as this means there is a lot of magnesium.

How much do you use in each bath ?

I used 1.5 cups or so...might be a bit much. I also don't react well to Magnesium which is why I picked this bath salt in particular and not one with epson salts. The one you linked looks good, decently priced too. Blood pressure can go down from Potassium as well.

You make the bath warm or hot ?

I tried two cups in a hot bath my first time, then 1 cup in a luke warm bath the second and both times I felt depleted afterwards, with a higher resting heart rate. Second time was not as bad as the first. I'm in four lows, though, so a lot of stuff that makes most people feel good makes me feel bad lol. Just thought I should give a heads up for more sensitive folks to start slow, maybe half a cup, and with luke warm water.

What does depleted feel like?

I often feel like a nap afterwards. One thought I had was adding more sodium to the bath, as I think it's mostly magnesium and potassium as seen from this one's CoA:

I think for the people in four lows, or adrenal exhaustion, or whatever you want to call it, the large amount of magnesium is what zonks you out.

Yeah, I think it's the magnesium that messes me up a bit. For me depleted is sleepy, brain fogged, weak, depressed, tinnitus, etc. These are all things I deal with regularly with PFS, but the dead sea salt bath seems to bring on a significant episode every time. I actually thought about adding more sodium too, but I'm gonna wait awhile before experimenting any more with it.

After reading this i'm not anymorr sure to try it, i have very low sodium and low potassium, i can't handle even 1 spray of the magnesium spray, so i'm pretty sure this bath would kill me

Crystal Sea®, 150-gal Mixture

I dissolved 3 Tablespoons of this in a liter of water [Roughly ocean salinity of 35ppt]. I laid down butt ass naked in the sun and drenched myself with this in a spray bottle [hair, scalp, underarms, eyeballs, every square cm of skin I possess]. After 3 and a half minutes I was completely dry, I could tell I absorbed it because there was no salt residue. I repeated this process several times until I started to get salt particles on the skin. I stayed out in the sun for a few hours. I started to notice a very subtle care free attitude creeping on [rare and very sought after for me]. When I got up to go inside I couldn't believe the vascularity. I'm talking 200 chin ups in 5 minutes on var type of vascularity. Felt pretty good the rest of the day. I have never had this type of reaction with just sunlight.

I've done this four times now with the same results. Planning on expediting my pool construction after this experience.
