They gave me the same while also having high calcium. It worked, though. Lowered it just perfectly. They combine it with magnesium.

Dude it's really cool to see how well you're improving :)

My hair test results are getting better. Not sure about overal progression, though. Lots of ups and downs :)

Decided to look into cortisol some more, and got some blood tests along with ACTH. It confirms my cortisol levels are low, but ACTH seems ok, so something else is responsible for the low cortisol.

I think it has to do with acetylcholine signal. and acetycholine is connected to potassium. SO usually in low potassium environment there is low cortisol. Since cortisol is potassium waster.

Got a stool test (GI MAP) done. Was curious about my situation, seeing that the gut has come up in a number of success stories. It did not find any pathogens, but it did find some good bacteria were low and bad bacteria high. So I will look into ways to improve that and see what I can experiment with, along with other protocols here. I will also post an update in a moment in my log thread.

Got some more tests: DUTCH test and 3a-diol-G (was normal).
Some interesting results on the DUTCH test. Havent dug too much into it yet but here are my initial observations:
  • low-ish T
  • low-ish DHT
  • low Estrogens
  • low cortisol (already knew that from bloods)
  • maybe low DHEA
  • maybe low glutathione
  • maybe low 5a-R activity

Will be getting Micronutrient test results soon, which should help identify any nutritional deficiencies associated with the above.

After looking over my old blood tests, I became curious of my thyroid function, as I had some nearly out of range results. So I checked my thyroid hormones. It looks like I'm almost in hypothyroid territory. Some docs would say a TSH over 2 can be hypothyroidic, although this is controversial. My T3 and T4 are at the low end of normal ranges, and I may share some symptoms with hypothyroidism, so I may benefit from supplementing thyroid hormones. I'm going to try some NDT and maybe later some synthetic T3/T4.

You have the exact same hormonal profile as me. Even the TSH, T3 and T4 ones.
I tried NTD and T3 for nearly a year, but it only gave me more symptoms. Also tried it with hydrocortisone, but same story. Wouldn't touch it, if I were you. It's not a thyroid problem.

@Admiral you are fast oxidizer)) and not PSSD. you have high reverse t3

He is PSSD, which means higher calcium than needed and slow oxidizer

aslo he has low B2. DUOX enzymes are fad based.

PSSD people feel hypothyroid since calcium in blood just keeps going up

usually this is why body raises up progesterone, to retain potassium to speed up metabolism

If people get rid of calcium then progesterone will fall and AR will not be blocked.

this is why people dont listen and don't do TEI. TEI told all of this about you guys from DAY 1|)

Gotcha. Thought I saw some resemblance, even in our hair tests (low sodium, low potassium, same copper and zinc ratio).

@talkingant I found very low selenium in barbaar

the body is trying to fight low metabolism, but does not have enough fuel to do this.

this is why you are down on B2, selenium etc. it keeps making progesterone and thyroid hormones.

since calcium just blocks the entrace of thyroid hormones into the cell

this is why when you went on TEI, it was speeding you up and you stopped sleeping.

this will happen everytime you try to speed up thyroid. since your have insensitve serotonin.

So it will take a while for it to become sensitive.

you see calcium should go up in blood when metabolism is high. but in PSSD people it is high with very low metabolism.

I would assume since gaba is freaking out.

this is why if you feed acetylcholine , it lowers calcium absorption. and that is why it worked for that guy who took urecholine. I mentioned to you on this page in September that I thought it is acetylcholine signaling which is the problem.

calcitonin lowers calcium in blood. I guess it is malfunctioning since gaba is affecting it. gaba usually regulates calcitonin along with acetylcholine.

I remember some people felt better on vitamin K2 also

I have them, but have not tried yet since I'm currently trialing some other stuff. Will probably give them a short run in a few weeks though.

learn English u fuckin fake shit
go recover on potassium and zinc u fake internet maniac

Please go back to where you came from. We don't need this attitude on this forum

I posted thyroid testosteone stilt for slow oxidizers for a year here.. You never even tried it yet, but you seem to know it all and insult people.

I posted all hormonal routes, mineral routes, etc.

In your head you think hormones are made out of air? they are made of minerals and vitamins
