Tanning (CDNuts protocol)

Currently on the CDNuts protocol and making great strides, however I was wondering what people thought about tanning with a sunbed. I understand that there are some health risks involved such as increased likelihood of developing skin cancer and as such I'd be doing so once a week for about 20 minutes.

Would this be a good alternative to the half hour sun exposure advocated for on the regimen. The only reason I'm having to consider this is that autumn and winter are soon approaching and it'll no longer be practical (and often feasible) to tan in these conditions.

Let me know your thoughts.

I used it throughout my recovery and always felt better after it (as long as you don't overdo). I always had mood and libido boost afterwards. The main benefit of tanning bed is you can tan naked so your balls get the light as well Lol.

Thanks for the reply! How many times a week would you do it and for how long?

Ya it’s useful in winter months. I felt extremely metrosexual doing it but I did it lol.

NIR sauna homemade can be good depending on the body chemistry. Cost me like 100 bucks. You can Google it. Have used lizard Lamps in this sauna too.

Luckily I live in a big city so I should be able to embrace the metrosexuality ahaha. I think I've always had some seasonal affective disorder so it should be of benefit to me in the winter, and of course a good way to boost vitamin D and testosterone.

Twice a week at level 1 or 2 (as this has a more balanced UVA/UVB ratio) and the length depends on your skin tone lol but initially I started a few minutes only and then worked up to 10-12 minutes twice a week.

I also been tanning prefin so that is why I decided to give it a shot since I would feel good after it and libido would be very high too.

OK I'll give it a shot, just gonna be quite expensive ($50 a week just on tanning). I was planning on doing it once a week, but twice is likely more helpful.

I only used once a week. It’s a piece and it’s only needed say december through February. We can get sun in north for a long time. I play golf through November start in April when I’m doing well enough. Ski in winter. Plenty of sun with these.

You can start once a week and see how you feel - also if you looks like casper the ghost starting off - once a week is all you may be able to take LOL
That would be me lol... I'll gradually increase it based on how I feel. Thanks again for reaching out

Yep, problem is that I work a 9-5 job and it'll be a little difficult to tan properly if the sun sets at 4 o'clock during winter time.
