Hi guys. I just received my second hairtest. I still can see that my copper problems continue and i dont know why because i have been taking it in my supplements, tons of copper. I just spoke with a practitioner who understands the HTMA. She recommended me to dont take copper, and she told me that its weird that after all thissupplement for two months, i even have worst copper levels.
She saw my manganese and chromium levels are criticism and we chould start by there. Along with some l carnitine in breakfast and some b5. Zinc plays a roll into he process too.
She also mentioned biotine for the liver and to lower the ferriun levels on blood( she also saw blood results).
Anyway, this copper issue probably has to do with some bioavailable copper that in my case, the more I take , it doesn't make any difference since my ceruloplasmin levels are low.
I think TEI is not taking this on considerations coz they are giving me even more copper which makes me feel so bad and unlivable..
Here are the two hair analysis so you can take a look.
