I am in the same situation as weel, I feel flue symptoms and fever symptoms everyday, I Always feel very weak.
This is happening since I started a lot of carbo everyday (I am a slow 4)...but the positive aspect of this diet is that it has calmed down my UC a lot, no more blood for the moment.

How long have you felt flu symptoms?

Ok, we both got it from increasing carb it seems. I'm gonna stay 33% carb like TEI say not 80% like I did for 2 days when I fucked myself up. Gonna drink lots of water as well and hope the flu symptoms stop.

I did gain some weight. In my position it is a good thing since I have lost a lot because of the UC problem.
Yes I will try to balance my Carbo intake as well.
Why do you think Carbo should give us flue symptoms?

"Note that these reactions may be rather odd, or the reaction can feel exactly like a cold, sore throat, flu, headache, or some other common ailment. Many people tell me they just happened to “catch a cold” or the flu. While this is always possible, when a person is on a nutritional balancing program in most cases it is more than just a simple cold or flu. It has to do with bringing up a chronic virus, bacteria or something else and retracing the infection so as to eliminate it on a permanent basis. For this reason, sometimes the cold or flu can be quite vigorous."

A NEED FOR MORE WATER AND/OR MORE VEGETABLES IN THE DIET

A few people begin to feel worse during a program because the body is attempting to eliminate a lot of toxic metals, for example, and the person is not following the program well enough to allow the process to move forward adequately.

The most common problem is not drinking enough water. This is so important that it should never be overlooked. A related problem is the person is drinking the wrong kind of water, usually reverse osmosis water or perhaps a tap water or even a spring water that is not hydrating the body well enough. Another related issue is that a person may be using caffeine, or consuming too much sugar or some alcohol, and any of these can cause depletion of the body’s water. Stopping the caffeine, sugar or alcohol is needed, and perhaps drinking more plain water is required and the aggravation of symptoms will go away promptly."

I had these symptoms when I was a teenager..before I ever even drunk a glass of wine ever in my life.. Not sure I was getting rid from some chronic infection or heavy metal at that time...

Why did you say to not take warm showers when in PFS state?

Chi recommended it and I agree. I feel shitty with hot showers. I think cold showers give you a kick in the ass in PFS which helps. Any small thing help.

From a NB point of view Dr. Wilson also said hot showers will increase heavy metal dumping in your blood. So if you take a long hot shower you feel worse.

A short cold shower will wake you up and get you going.

Ok I always feel bad and bloated after hot showers too, and good after cold shower...never knew why before.

My temples are slowly being destroyed, which is hard to watch. I also had the the itchy scalp itch for a few years, probably diffuse thinning? And on this 2nd cycle I have a few days where I notice zero itch and a few days where I have the itch now and then, maybe has something to do with certain foods. I still notice increase scalp itch on milk, but not on yogurt for example, which is weird. Anyway I hope the 3th or 4th cycle will reduce my temple loss.
I think this had to do with your magnesium to calcium ratio. If you have high calcium foods make sure you also have high magnesium foods (almonds, cacao powder etc. Look for foods you like online).

Calcium to magnesium ratio is made worse by consuming lots of carbs also. For example I think cacao and almonds are better for magnesium than bananas because the banana is pure carb but the almonds/cacao is ketogenic.

I dont recommend a ketogenic diet but more fats less carbs should help. Right now my breakfast and lunch is keto and I slam the carbs in at dinner.

I had a similar hair test to you when I started, always had highish sodium. It may be genetic... sodium brings magnesium down you just gotta know that. The magnesium to sodium ratio is adrenal function so if you can try to avoid stress and stimulants. Do you drink coffee?

I've quit coffee recently and I do think that coffee increases my scalp itch. So my scalp feels a bit more calm now. Wouldn't yogurt also cause scalp itch then? I'm looking for other great calcium sources that aren't dairy. I also take Min-Plex-B three times a day, which contains 100mg magnesium each tablet, so I get a decent amount there.

I'm just guessing, but I think the scalp itch is fungal. Do you have dandruff? In that case there's nothing better than citricidal gse in your shampoo.

For me i think the dandruff was related to dryness and fast oxidation. If i leave conditioner over night in my hair regularly i dont get dandruff

Nothing works for me besides nizoral shampoo. I’ve tried everything.

I can't use Nizoral, it gives me astma. I stopped using Head and Shoulders for the hair test and I itched and had dandruff like crazy. Never using H&S again.

Asthma? Weird never heard of it having that effect. Shaving my head also keeps dandruff away. Probably due to keeping the area dry. Lately I’ve been blow drying my hair right out of the shower and no dandruff no itch.

Today I quit my 2nd cycle, it lasted 2 months and 20 days. I decided to skip the last 10 days, because this way I get a longer 'clean' period of 2-3 weeks before I need to cut my new hair sample for the 3th cycle. It was a rough cycle with more negatives than positives, the longer I was on the cycle, the more depressed I became, lower libido, less erections and no motivation.

Going to eat the same diet TEI recommended with regular light exercise for 2-3 weeks and then hopefully It will be a clean and correct hair test.
