TEI not doing great

Also can’t say that I’ve done the recommended diet. My fatigue is so bad I can not take care of myself. I do believe the tei is just detoxing me, so I’m sticking with it and hoping that in another week I can address my diet. I will also add in coffee enemas. I think a diet similar to what @bruschi11 does, Okinawa. Since I’m a slow 3.

Para pack III
Adrenal Complex II
Pyridox Plus
Vitamin E Plus II

Ya parapack has palmitate and beta-carotene, I would avoid those, if you think your overloaded on vitA or have used accutane.

you cant take the program without parapack)) might as well not take it at all.

taking some random supplement or some minerals without the main thing parapack is Dangerous.

it is the oxidation rate supplement. The MAIN supplement

she feels bad on vitamin E probably, but it is needed for her

the program is balanced, it does something to all mineral ratios, taking some random minerals from the program is not taking the program.

@Maxin I am very sure your hairtest is impaired by insulin, I am very experienced with hairtest, and I know how hairtest should look.

your potassium level is not normal for your hairtest, it goes like that only after some drug or hormone.

I keep telling you this, but you just disregard it for some reason.

Also if you start a program stick with it for 1 year and you will be cured, but your first hairtest is wrong, IMO.

and it wil take couple of rounds just to see your real body chemistry.

I would try to cut hair very very very close to the scalp and very very short sample and send it.

Insulin cortisol causes potassium go into the hair. evne if you take it for a week, potassium goes SKY HIGH in the hair.

and when you cut a sample and your hair is long enough it impairs the results, since it stays in your HAIR FOR EVER

what I mean is lets say you cut a sample which is 3 inches long lets say.

1 inch is new growth which happened after insulin or cortisol, but 2 inches was the growth which happened when you took insulin

so even if you take the insulin for a week, that 1 mm of growth can have potassium of 1000 in it.

and then when TEI burns the hair to get the mineral content, that 1000 on that tiny piece of hair impairs the total potassium content of hair, big time

Should have added I am on parapack too, I just take the below list in rec'd amounts without vitA, it is doable, I really want to avoid all VA after accutane.

Some might find this too tedious though.

ONE TABLET SUPPLIES:
Vitamin A (as palmitate and 50% as beta carotene) 2000 IU
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 60 mg
Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 30 IU
Thiamine (as thiamine hydrochloride) 1.5 mg
Niacin (as niacinamide and 33% as niacin) 20 mg
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2 mg
Folic Acid (as (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid) 25 mcg
Biotin 75 mcg
Pantothenic Acid (as d-calcium pantothenate) 10 mg
Iodine (from kelp) 100 mcg
Zinc (TRAACS® zinc bisglycinate chelate†) 1 mg
Selenium (as L-selenomethionine) 20 mcg
Manganese (TRAACS® manganese bisglycinate chelate†) 1 mg
Potassium (from potassium gluconate and 50% as potassium glycinate complex) 10 mg
Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex (citrus aurantium L.) 50 mg
Inositol 25 mg
Betaine (from betaine hydrochloride) 20 mg
L-Tyrosine 10 mg
L-Lysine HCL 10 mg

That makes sense. I know you are extremely knowledgeable with hair tests. Could it be possible that I just have insulin issues and cortisol problems to begin with? I had gestational diabetes. I also have had weird cortisol issues

Where they thought I had cushings at one point as my cortisol was so high. Then it confuses me why they recommend adrenal glandular when you have high cortisol?
So regardless do I push through this round of tei? Then retest? One other thing that I should mention is that I frequently use pain meds. It’s the only thing that allows me to function. I’m sure this it screwing with my hair tests too.

I think from everything I’ve read on here that feeling bad isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I would assume shifting the system is going to be highly uncomfortable. I just hope the things I took before my hair test didn’t give me false results. But I still think going forward with them will put me in a better balance to see the next results. Is this correct?

Guys, could anyone offer up a good diet plan for me for my tei program. I feel like I’m just winging it. Looks like I’m suppose to stay in the lower fat less protein more carbs? Or am I totally off there? I used to do keto and always felt awful.

You f your slow it's 40% carbs, 40% protien, and 20% fat. Basically eat lean protein and vegetables with every meal. Lately I have been eating a lot of soups. Vegetable soup with beef, chicken and dumplings, pork stew, baked chicken with oinions and bell peppers. For breakfast I have a protien shake or oats and whey. I have been drinking a lot of water, carbonated water, kombucha, and unsweet tea. I have really been enjoying hibiscus and cinnamon tea lately.

The longer you are on the program the less you crave sweets and fatty foods. I have been really trying to get the diet just right lately and it helps a lot with the program.

I eventually want to start a thread with recipes that actually taste good.

This diet sounds high fat to me... which veggies?

Not if you only use lean meats and no added oils. Tei recommends I cut back on dark leafy greens because of calcium so I have been eating onions, carrots, celery, green beans, beans, bell peppers, leeks, tomatoes, mushrooms, and some potatoes. I try to keep to keep my intake of grains low and cut out fortified wheat.

Basically just even out your protein and carbs. If you need more fat just add a little butter or tallow. The only meats I eat is skinless chicken breast, chicken thighs, and lean cuts of beef and pork (roasts).
