I have to get TEi retest done however despite multiple emails over last few weeks, I have not heard from Catherine. Is she replying to anyone? If not, I will go to the website (below)that goose12 recommended.

Has anybody from Canada tried the above site (to make sure it is not limited to US customers) or any other practioner?

Can you explain the process? After Payment, do you receive kit and submital form via regular mail or is it possible to get it through email?

I think it's regular mail. A few months ago, I asked Goose if there's alternatives to use, in case TEI/Catherine's busy. I think they mailed him a testing kit (i.e. physical i.e. regular mail).

It's all through the mail, but they do email your results. The whole thing can take 1 to 3 weeks. I think it depends on how fast the postal service is more than tei.

Yes, I just ordered my first TEI test, and it took Catherine about two weeks to respond to my initial e-mail. Not sure why she is so slow to respond.

Honestly, if she still doesn't reply I would just go there. Not sure why she takes so long to reply

I haven't heard from her the last 3 emails i sent, i had to use someone else.

Yea I got the kit and form in the mail a couple weeks after payment. I don't think it's possible to get them from email.
