@RebelWithACause it is very hard for a human to bite thru the skin of most animals. Simply not enough pressure of a bite.
And without a knife it is almost impossible to eat animals. So meat as nature is questionable.
In cancer , late stage. body works only on protein. Meat diets will cause the same. ammonia overload, will turn off the brain.
All this sugar vegans go on meat now, since they fucked themself before.
But most people's diets are heavy heavy meat. And it causes also tons of diseases. like podagra, gout,
this internet diet bullshit is going insane, from heavy meat consumption to all vegan, then back to heavy meat. those diets can be used short term to feed certain minerals.
So the balanced diet is the optimal diet. IMO
For instance my buddy is a heavy iron absorber. If he eats meats only or even any meat he starts getting hairloss, skin cancer, etc.
When he quits it , he does well, hair go lush, no problems with skin cancer. etc.
Most people die from iron overload, as they prove these days.
Okinawa diet has very little meat. those are the longest living people.
