The big protocol thread..

I think this board needs a little bit more guidance and clarity about all the protocols being thrown around this past while. It would help those contemplating these protocols and it would give us data how people react. I think to try out any of the protocols, you need to have recent blood tests (hormones: LH, progesterone, test, DHT are the most important ones) and you'd have to know your oxidation rate, which your second hair test could tell you (note that your first hair test is rarely accurate).

These protocols are totally experimental and are not approved...

Fast oxidation rate protocols:
Currently experimenting:

Low oxidation rate protocols:
Currently experimenting:

Low DHT protocol:
Currently experimenting:

High DHT protocol:

Other:
  • Intranasal insuline
Currently experimenting: Maxin (girl & non-PFS)

For each and everyone: mineral balancing:

I think this would be very, very helpful. I'd just need a lot of help filling this in. So if what you're doing fits any of this, let me know and I'll put you in. I'll check and fill in stuff later, but please share the protocols going on right now and which body type it's for. I'm hopeful Helen could assist a bit in this as well.. :)

ARL, recommend diet for slow oxidizer, daily near infrared saunas and coffee enemas for 7 months. Went from three lows into four lows, now I’m in three lows again and in a “coming alive pattern” hyprothroid and adrenal burn out showing signs of improving. No improvement in the libido or ED department as yet but my body is still healing so I’m confident my libido and ED has taken the back seat for now but will come back firing in time..

I would create different sections in the forum for different discussions..Like for example:
TEI SECTION: Inside this section you can find all logs about people on TEI and discussions thread about TEI
HORMONAL ROUTE: About hormones Logs and hormones discussions
SUPPLEMNTS SECTION: Regarding supplements Logs and discussions

so it would be more clear to understand who is on a protocol based on the section he is posting.

Great perseverance and patience there, Snow. What are some of the signs that make you continue and believe in ARL? :)

I sometimes struggle with it.

TEI here as well same exact situation as Chapman though I am a slow 1, 5 weeks in & experiencing improvements. More notably nightly erections into the morning as well as dreaming again also feeling more refreshed in the morning.

Good question mate,

What has allowed me to be patient and committed is a few things.. not in any necessary order.

1. Having a good Practioner that you meet with in person or over Skype after every hair test. This way the practioner can explain everything that is going on in your body and why you feel the way you do at that particular time and guide you through the process of healing.

2. Reading all of Dr Larry Wilson’s articles on his website and listening to all his audio tapes on you tube. This has been great for me (I still struggle to understand all the biology talk) but it has helped me appreciate that mineral balancing and detox can take time and your body goes through many changes during this time mentally / physically / emotionally and spiritually. It’s also helped me understand that my body has issues going on prior to PFS and PFS was a trigger.

3. I follow a YouTube channel called deep healing space which is two ARL practioners talking everything about ARL - these videos keep me motivated and excited about the program.

Deep Healing Space

With these three things combined it gives me faith in the program and I need to be dedicated and committed to get results, I believe this will not only bring me out of PFS but more healthy and happy than I’ve ever been - however I’ve accepted this could take a few years which is not that bad considering I’ve been suffering for over 10 years now.

Happy to pass over my practioners details, I think she’s great and you can do Skype sessions but based in Melbourne for anyone living there.

Might be helpful to list your current regimen/protocol and if you are benefiting. AND Protocols or stuff you have tried before that helped or didn't help or possibly made you worse AND your testosterone and DHT level.

I can move all the people at mentioned that they are on TEI in this thread to the "Approved Protocols" section. The hormonal and supplement stuff is pretty up in the air TBH, I don't think it is worth moving because people constantly jump around so much that one day there are taking it and the other day they are off it. I mean we can think about it more but it may get too messy.
