Where does Lebron go this summer?

And has anyone ever done a hair mineral analysis on the guy? Haha would be cool to see.

I'm calling the sixers. Though I wish Pop could lure him to San Antonio.

LOL I woke up my roommate this morning “celtics traded Kyrie Irving for Khawi Leonard!” just for shits and giggles.

This off season is going to be very interesting. I think he tries to form a super team in LA. Embarks on a Kardashian type journey with the Ball family. All of the Ball brothers, LeBron and his son end up playing together at some point.

Will be glorious!

I think LA. I personally think Lebron is dangerous for other teams . The lebron system simply does not work. It has too many drawdowns. I hope he does not go to the Rockets, I think the Beard will be totally against it.

I love the energy they have in GSW. Would love to hang out with those guys.

Harden wouldn't be opposed of James' arrival. He had a huge shot this year and still came up short. James would pretty much guarantee him his best shot at a ring. I hope he doesn't joins the Rockets, though. I despise them, but I could see him team up with Harden and banana boat partner Paul.

I think it's Sixers/Lakers, then Rockets, then the Cavs and then some odd team such as the Pelicans or Spurs. Definitely not the Warriors or the Celtics.

I think LeBron system works best with a great shot-making guard playing off him a la Kyrie and/or a legit big man that can shoot a little bit and stretch floor. Heck he made Mo Williams look like an all star for years there in Cleveland early days. There's a reason why Lue wanted Love playing center this year. It didn't work out because Love is not a center or even close to one.

Would be a bit weird with both Paul/Harden playing off him. I like Capela a lot and think that big-4 could be lethal but things could get awkward with the 3 ball dominant guys there.

LA would be interesting. He'll form his own super team there. But how super can it be? Is Paul George a good guy to have in a "LeBron system" or worth the contract in that type of system? Lonzo Ball isn't a shot maker. But Kuzma and Ingram are good guys to play wing next to LeBron for cheap money. Adding George would be stupid IMO. Lakers have two max spots open- go get Boogie Cousins with LeBron and add shooters specifically at guard.

Time for owners to lockout players with this Cousins to Warriors signing. Make all free agent signings something that have to be ok’d by owners to obey competitive balance. This is absolute insansity.

What would be probably seen is a form of 3 or 4 Highs i think, some like you are in downtown Singapore :) I would be interested on hair graphs from Usain Bolt.

Yes ben greenfield who does spartan races and marathons etc was in 4 highs. Supposedly lots of stress puts you in 4 highs. Ben has all his hair though, and supps a lot of magnesium, as well as eating a lot of cacao daily in his smoothies. Wouldn't be suprised if LeBron was in 3 highs with lower magnesium since he's balding

The NBA is ruined now - the Eastern Conference is garbo and we already know who is going to win the west with this 5man superstar line up now, seriously fuck the warriors.

I didnt knew or havent payed attention at all that he has a hair test results, even so im subscribed to his mail stuff for some time already, but dont remm too much about him. Just looked up for hair results of his on the net, and what it seems the values are mostly elevated as you say. That manganese of 0.500+ idk what that is, is it suppl or some else, but its quite high. Other than that his thyroid and adrenal ratios look not super far from optimal, but yet high above range levels of Ca, Mg, Na, K, Cu, Zn, Fe, Co, so 4 Highs.
At the time i had super high Na, K values in hair i was often having physical activities and lots of natural sweating. I wonder whether the high values on hair test are indicative of stress or its just showing quite active life style middle to high pushing intensity.
you mean physical stress as opposed to mental stress?

yeah i wonder. i mean both probably increase metabolism. maybe its cyclical too, like if he has 3 rest months and stops running marathons, i wonder if his 4 highs goes to normal
