Dude looks good, he is in his 40s.

He eats your type of diet @Helen a lot of vegetables (high potassium?), fruits and lean protein (meats, fish). "80 percent fresh, organic veggies..." around 20% protein. Probably a bit different since you also get some fats in and stuff like that. But let's say majority is from vegetables (and some fruit) + some protein and fats.

No caffeine, no dairy, no alcohol, no white sugar, no nightshades

Obviously also an active guy. But also a great athlete in his 40s! Not something you hear a lot. Pretty cool.

It's pretty similar to tei's slow oxidizer diet. Lots of vegetables and lean protein.

The limit on night shade plants is the biggest thing that stands out.

I think it's funny how people try to say he is crazy and there is no bases for his diet. Just look at the guy and what he has been able to do.

Yes very impressive. Seems like he eats mostly plant foods with some animal protein like fish/chicken/beef.

Not sure if he is on any gear or stuff like that. You never know with pro athletes.

I was 13 years old in 7th grade and just had a game for my towns youth football “b” team when I watched Drew Bledsoe get absolutely annihilated by Mo Lewis.

When he was deemed out for months, my dad said to me that the patriots season was over. Well, little Bruschi (that was actually my nickname in youth football from my coaches that I got the prior year hence the username here) had watched a pre season game a few weeks earlier and saw this #12 guy complete like 8 of 9 passes. He looked sharp doing it with zip on his ball and a strong pocket presence.

He said to his father, “Dad, the seasons not over. This Brady guy is good, you watch!”

The rest is history and 17 years later in Feb 2019 bruschi watched the patriots win their 6th super bowl since. And his dog was wearing a Patriots jersey with the name “bruschi” on the back that day. A jersey given to little Bruschi 17 years earlier that very year Tom Brady took over.

Lol sorry guys just had to.

He would never. He’s Tom freakin Brady aka born again Jesus where I come from.

He’s likely into the stuff we’re into with his trainer. Probably does some sort of nutritional optimization with bloodwork, urine, hair showing his trainer the right direction for him.

I love that he’s a an extremely well known athlete teaching the world the power of health and how strong we can all be for so long.

Tiger Woods another example. He’ll be first to tell you that the development in use of nutrition to right the body over the last decade has been a main reason why his comeback has been successful.

I utilized it last year to go back in time a full decade. Time travel is sweet. Currently back on my way.

I was just reading about his diet and it fit a lot what Helen said before with the high vegetables for potassium and some protein/fats.

Yea it seems a lot of guys in their fourties are killing it right now. Real inspiration to see that.
