TL;DR. 1.
Honestly, emailing Catherine is the best. -- go straight to the source. She's really nice too.

Just woke up, otherwise I would have said this first. --> Also it's hair in a small envelope, placed in a larger envelope and addressed to the address she'll send you, pm'd.

Maybe, but only if you have a serious reason to see a rapid access clinic (because remember they have huge demand). People go there to skip the line and also for biopsies etc, in Dermatology. I put that out there, bc I did or would need to see them, to determine a rash once (probably just a pimple, hypochondriac just a tad).
And if I had worsening issues on Lamotrigine like skin blemishes, I'd go there. I am not sure if there are non-Derma RAC's in Toronto. There must be... but I don't know. you would think there is, but I cannot find them. I can ask... but the docs I would ask would never have heard of TEI. Which is why I mean, if you see a Fam doc that you've known years and they trust your word, or your ADD doc (someone), it could be easier. If I went into a Walk-In (with bottom of the barrel physicians -- not always), it would not go well.
Esp, when I lose my patience. RAC-- near Distillery District did help me for a couple things (one very real reason, one kind of ... anxiety related reason, and just vanity). And I'm sure they'd refer, but I'd have to explain to them what is going on. I haven't been back more than 2-3x since last year, so I have no doctors. I kind of do, but also I have no family doctor. And I might change mine when I go back to Toronto. Most people don't do things in this crazy way, I was just putting it out there.
