Great to hear, you'd think one daily dosages would be enough? Would reduce the cost a lot. I am on the full dose and have sometimes have a feeling that it is overkill.

Im unsure if one dose a day is quite enough, but I know I do get really bad anxiety from taking the suggested two doses a day. I was only taking one dose most days during round 1 and felt results so for now I'll stick with it. I feel like as long as if am being consistent and don't miss days, then the dosage might not matter too much.

-Yo @tonysoprano and @Ingeno.
Just in case this helps. I asked Catherine maybe 4 weeks ago if 1x a day is enough... she said no. She said 2x and doing what I've been doing makes sense *for me*. --She said 3x is a realistic guideline for most people, but since I did fasted training years and years, and basically never eat breakfast... it's fine, but 1 is not ideal.

I was only only told to take Them twice a day so maybe everyone is different. Regardless, taking two a day is hard for me so I have to do what works. Maybe I'll taper up to two a day soon.

It gets easier after each cycle. You will be able to up the dose eventually.

Great to hear that you are making progress. So happy for you!

I am happy to say that this cycle of TEI is way more manageable than my previous one. I am now able to take the full daily dosage rather than only at night. I still have a few more weeks on this cycle though.

Update:

I have consistently been able to take my full recommended dosage from TEI for the past two weeks. The anxiety is far less severe than it was last round. I still do have flashes of anxiety but they are very manageable. Socially I am feeling very good. I am very willing to go out and see people. I am also feeling physical strong and energized.

Sexually I am still struggling. I tend to get shrinkage often and still have bad EQ on this cycle. I do however have some strong spouts of libido. Judging how I felt sexually on my last snap back, I am very excited to see how I will feel after this round.

Overall I'm feeling great and managing very well!

Let's keep pushing.

--it's in the packet/ also online their website. it's a whole thing. i had difficulty explaining it. but also on some threads here... it's to bring about a more natural to the person's balance... based on their hair test and relative oxidation rate... turning on things that were turned off. it's a whole thing.
--can be used for general health or more specifically things such as PSSD and PFS (like on this forum).
-I know this lady who's nephew (his mother put him on it), uses it for Downs Syndrome.
-WHILE I'd like to solve pfs and believe i will and was pretty well and still am (slower process at times); I am pleasantly surprised to find it helpful for other longer standing issues.
---ALSO: Other things I did, it just kind of makes sense. parts of electrolyte protocol, the b1 anti prolactin + pro dopamine aspect, bile acids (like in the HCl + enzymes I was taking). Helps sleep and other issues like asthma for me. I fasted a lot, and a bunch of other stuff tho, but even if i didn't this is a good method.
-please consult the other threads, the TEI discussion thread I believe.
-restores balance.... I don't really care exactly if it makes 100%, just results. MUCH of life makes near zero sense. Still gotta do it.

Small Update:

My last day of this TEI Cycle will be this Tuesday. I have already sent my hair in for a re-test. I am very excited to see what my bounceback will be this time around.

Something interesting I noticed... While initially taking TEI my athletic capabilities seemed to get worse. Most specifically my coordination. Towards the end of my cycle I noticed my coordination has become amazing. This is similar to the time while on progesterone. There must be something regarding balancing that makes your coordination and athletic ability so much better. Any thoughts @Helen ?

Anyway will post another update in a few weeks once I hit my snapback.

Have you noticed improvements such as oily skin, better quality overall, low muscular pain - in case you had it before Ella or TEI?

the body adjusts to certain minerals. TEI does not care if you feel good or bad. they are trying to feed you certain minerals that should be there, so at first your body fights it, since it probably had some receptor problems, and then it accepts it and you get better than before.

Update:

It has been 2.5 weeks since I ended my last cycle. I have not yet felt the same snapback as I did after the first cycle. I am thinking it might take a bit longer considering I cycled a larger dose for a longer time. Feeling good though, so I'm not worried.

I also just received my results for my second hair test. Not much has changed and I have been recommended to take the exact same supplements...

Happy new year everyone, hopefully 2019 is a year of significant progress for all of us!
