Early enamel damage recovery is possible for sure.
If your gum receides and the neck of the tooth gets exposed and painful that can also be solved.

I have never seen a big tooth damage regeneration and its very unlikely imo.

No, I dont use toothpaste in the 95% of the brushing. But I rarely eat sweets.
You can use the high fluoride toothpaste if you have the neck sensitivity, use it until the sensitivity goes away.

Right now I just got a herbal tincture and gonna put some drops on the brush, but nothing special. Just to make the breath smell better.

And you can preserve the health of your teeth if you dont eat sweets, brush and use the flossing at least when its needed.

I have a slow oxidizer friend who is schizophrenic. He has the best teeth that I have ever seen and I see a lot of dentures daily. His parents did not let him eat sweets when he was small. Unfortunately around the age of 6 I fucked up with the sweets and not brushing but who knew back then. It is the parents responsibility to take care of the oral health but rarely they pay attention.

Oh and I plan to rinse with ground eggshells liquid because the TEI program is very high in magnesium for me. Probably nothing will happen without the rinsing too, but it wont hurt nor influence the body chem.

Sugar/carbs are bad for teeth as far as i know. I see a lot of ppl on low carb diets talking about healthier teeth

Good mouth posture/salivation
.
Know a guy who drinks coke, eats sugar all day and only brushes in the morning but has perfect mouth posture and salivates like crazy to the point it drips out of the corner of his mouth lol.
Guy just has yellow teeth, never had a cavity or any fillings.

Using straws for all beverages esp sticky or sugary, acidic, alcoholic, soft drinks etc... coffee. Literally all drinks I use straws since a young age. It's important.

Why no toothpaste? Did you eat fruits also don't they contain acids?

toothpaste is full of toxic stuff. Yes fruits destroy the teeth as well. I eat very little and rarely.
Since the water fast I cant tolerate heavy carb meals. They destroy me. Dont really have the desire for very sweet things though.
I eat carbs from carrots, potatoes and occasional rice.
