Now that’s a good posting! Trib has been shown to help & we’ve seen fungal and bacterial be a source of issues too.

What would the pharma equivalent be? A fluco?

My dick is starting to shoot up nights after probiotic enemas.... which are eating up all sorts of bad bacteria, fungus, proteins.

More importantly I can poop well enough again twice daily :). Stools gaining volume by the day, just that brain to gut connection is there now. Only 9 days into doing this and have only done 4.

Couldn’t be more grateful to read your comments back in 2013 on the naked scientist @Helen lol. I’m realizing that these were HUGE ingredient as to what fixed me in ‘17. I had heard of these briefly before, but your comments pushed me to try them.

Adding transfer factors/colostrum to them has made them a lot stronger. Immune system seems incredible right now- not reacting badly to any foods.

Care to elaborate?

He's probably alluding to the fact that a lot of standard sold probiotics in most stores can feed harmful bacteria such as SIBO, etc.

That's why it's best to fully understand what your gut is doing and has going on before trying shoot in the dark.

no I'm sorry I know they are. more bacteria = more endotoxin = poor liver function= more estrogen= more histamine= vasodilation= more erections

I’ve repetitively said orally they likely are harmful to a good portion of us. (Guarantee most of us have a bit of SIBO)

Via enema there is no harm. I see them as a major major reason I got fixed in ‘17 of severe cfs and digestive issues.

What’s harmful is antibiotics.... these things killed me and I thought I ruined my life for like a 3rd time until finally figuring out that these enemas and herbals were what fixed me once.

@bruschi11 what brand probiotics are you using ?

Visbiome. Used capsules with 125 billion cfu and packets with approx 450 cfu. I’m going to go back to packets now and go balls deep with 450 lol. I did 2 caps per 250 bill the last week with 1 transfer factors classic capsule.
