Interesting. Most of the readings you were sky high in previously I was as well, and that seems to go down in scalp hair. Maybe I should retest.

@Orion @Walker

Yeah, I'm talking to @Helen now about the results too. He also says boron and phosphorous are much different on the scalp. Even though I'm both a fast oxidizer and scalp and pubic the results are different. The calcium suggestion is spot on because I have high prolactin (from my last blood test) and when I eat ice cream I feel better since calcium lowers prolactin. I can't start next cycle until Monday though since I don't have the calcium supp they suggested.

Regarding aluminum, I'm not taking silica/silcic acid and I haven't used anything on my hair in like 6 months (no shampoos or anything like that either). Not sure why it could change like that though

-- @Boris, drink Diet Coke or Coke Zero at all (or soft drinks?). Usually some people pour them into a glass and use a straw to protect their teeth.
-- Or it could be water right, the Al? --Maybe Al cans break down and people get them in metal containers? Maybe not.
-- I mean I've never had any of those "soft drinks", I wouldn't know. --alright a tiny bit. 2 cans a week.
--Interesting the pair of hairtests is not too dissimilar. More extreme readings from pubic hair, I guess is the trend.

I am surprised they didn’t give me calcium. It’s lower than yours on hair test with high higher phosphorous. Other than that we are on same protocol. Good luck with this round!

Also, my aluminum is non existent in head hair but it is elevated in public.

Two days on the new program. Already got flu like symptoms, but my sack is hanging much lower than last cycle. I think the added calcium plus (calcium/vit D) is making the different on that end. Will continue through it, this is the scalp sample program btw.

@Orion also I meant to say that some TEI supps contain silica and stearic acid so that could be it as well

Do you have the wonderful, "I'm at work or doing something sort of important but have to push through with every ounce of my being to be productive" feeling as well?

Yes lol, some days are worse than others though like literally everything is a drag and hassle. I'm going to hit the gym/sauna today and see if it helps.

I agree we need more trials. but please run anavar clean and for longer and see what happens to you.

We need to see if anavar causes any kinds of snap back. in people with high DHT

So please if you could test it alone and let us know if anything happens.

Actually I made a mistake talkingant had low DHT, but I guess that is because lack of b vitamins. Free test was high, so the body wanted DHT conversion
Is anavar supposed to help people with high or low DHT?

Are you taking full doses? Or working up to them?

I feel this if I take supplements without food or if I don’t eat enough calories in earlier part of the day.

I’ve been taking mine with food, but the last part you mentioned is interesting. I normally only do Bulletproof coffee for breakfast and eat nothing else until lunch.

Honestly it’s bareable, but it’s not something I want to have to deal with for a long stretch. Might try a little more heavy of a breakfast meal.

going to be retesting this week and sending it in. This cycle has been OK I would say. Libido was OK to an extent but fatigue, flu symptoms, skin etc all was kind of rough, irritability, insomnia, bloatedness was pretty rough. Just to be clear this was my first scalp hair sample cycle.

The good thing is I think my prolactin came down b/c prior to this cycle I had high prolactin and POIS symptoms sucked, now POIS type symptoms are way better. Hoping next cycle will improve more overall. I will try and take my scalp sample this week and get it in soon. Looking forward to it.

Some things that helped with the fatigue were exercise, sauna and cold/contrast showers.

Got my hair results back, stayed the same on supplement side going forward but since I sent my last hair test in I was off TEI for 1 week. I had a pretty big energy and libido rebound during this time, but the rebound took much longer to see compared to when I was doing ARL. So feeling pretty optimistic going forward, starting back on TEI again today.
