Awesome Tubz! Happy for you :)

You mention that you need to be dailed in 100%, which I am, but I wonder if liver flushes are okay? What do you think, seeing the crap load of magnesium you need to take in?

You should be fine, I wouldn't sweat it too much. If you wanted to be on the safe side maybe just time your liver flushes away from when you take your ARL supplements, but I don't think it should be too bad.

Wow major updates man, @TubZy.
Awesome work.

No real major nausea or increased anxiety at this stage? Agitation/irritation/anger? on the ARL supps (everyone's different of course).Away from my computer, I'll read the whole thing soon.

First month was rough, and yes irritation was pretty bad. Biggest issue was massive fatigue during that stage too.

@TubZy - I've noticed increased hair loss on the supplements. Very worrying. Did you experience this at all?

During the first month, no. I actually noticed the opposite my hair loss decreased a lot and I assume that was from the high amounts of zinc I have been taking. When I switched to the new regimen which no longer suggested the high amounts of zinc my libido rose much higher and started getting MPB itch again. However I do sea salt scrubs once a day and that pretty much has controlled my hair loss at least for now. When I miss a day now on the new regimen, the MPB itch comes back like clockwork. This is actually a good sign since with PFS my hair loss slowed down tremendously being insensitive to DHT. I do not use scalp hair for my hair tests anyways.

I'm a fast oxidizer to not sure if you are too.

Thanks for the response bro. Re:

Damn son, I'll definitely move solo, no roommates re: irritation (roommates are too much irritation in the best of times). And I guess I'll try studying for the lsat before and after fatigue stage.

If I lost a lot of weight back in the day and am usually fit, sometimes very fit, but then very unfit in ill times (i.e. on effexor, and after for a bit; and pre water fast post finasteride), taking my moderately fast oxidation rate down, via balancing with ARL could potentially lead to some fat gain, could it not? Obviously still worth it, just wondering. Lean, lanky, strong rite now. But some people lifting less look more jacked for sure. And of c lots lift way more.

woah, hold on, is it possible to use body hair instead of scalp hair? That makes it A LOT easier to do more frequent tests!

Thanks. Interesting. I'm a slow oxidiser. Decided to break from supps for a couple of days and hair loss subsiding. Catch 22 because supps make me feel great! Really don't know what to do.

Your metabolism is increasing that is probably why you feel better (since you are a slow oxidizer). What is your background are you PFS, PSSD etc or just simply unhealthy? The hair loss could be temporary though, once your metabolism gets back into balance it could slow down, I would stay on ARL if I were you, trying adding in sea salt scrubs to slow the hair loss down daily though see if that helps..

Also on a side note, are you guys still able to edit your posts once you post them? asking because there was a small update and some people had issues editing their posts
Edit option only appears if I turn my phone sideways into landscape mode

My story is here:

My story + advice please

It would be good to hear @mattyb and @gbolduev 's thoughts on the hair loss while on the supplements. Further help from anybody is most appreciated.

@Blue88 symptoms while doing things like ARL or detox protocol or RU/Prog or whatever you are working with here aren't always there to stay. Realize that you are doing something powerful with ARL and its not something that is lasting the side effects. When you stop, I guarantee the negative sides stop. Your system will be closer to balanced so your hair shedding should decrease at that point.

Yeah insomnia is completely gone now. Irritation has decreased greatly as well. Regarding the fat thing, I'm a fast oxidizer and I'm slowing myself down with ARL, I have noticed zero issues with fat gain (I thought I would put on weight since it was slowing me down). However, during the first regimen of ARL I did feel like I was putting weight on easier but not now.

So I don't understand @TubZy is ARL having a good impact to you?
What about sexual area?

Yes dude, I'm actually planning to have another follow up test done in another two weeks or so when I run out of these supplements. Improvement in all areas went from feeling like shit 24/7 during the first month to feeling better most days of the week during the second month, retesting soon and hope the trend continues.
