Guys, if some people try anavar, please dont mix it with other gazillion things.

You need to understand that anavar blocks cortisol. and this will cause anxiety until your body learns how to live on adrenaline only, it is like fasting for 3-4 days.

So it is obvious to feel that anxiety. It usually goes away.

Also taking it for 2 days,

Okay thanks for the info. I definitely had a significant bounce back at day 5 post anavar. Libido was very high and for the past week it’s considerably above baseline. Morning wood is also very good, way above baseline. Do you think another trial with anavar would be reasonable? I know others did well on anavar, but are they also good off anavar? Vitamin B1, high dose niacin and salt dosing also sound interesting.

I dont get why people just take everything all together , basically doing 2 opposite things.

Ppl like wasting money on quick fixes without doing research themselves or paying someone who has

Knowledge > randomly doing things that are synthetic and unnatural

-Also people hate researching. Me too, but had no choice. --I do like it but it's always random. --Had to teach myself everything - so learned how to research.
-Reverse engineered my entire education. Also my very existence*. --It took crazy amounts of time, esp to someone like me who is impatient for waiting 5mins even.
-Quick Fixes almost never exist. Certainly not for some crazy pharma induced illness and also other chronic health conditions. Takes a lot of stuff.
-Taken seperately is best... so you don't get a ton of effects, or bring up and down whatever it is you're trying to solve.

-Cannot just plug in one hormone and expect it not to affect something else.
-Human body is a machine, very resilient to all kinds of pressure and forces. However, it is not like adding ram or an HDD. Or adding a chip to a car or a spoiler.
-You gotta strip it down piece by piece. -Not fully automated machines. -Every reaction has an equal and opposite reaction (Hamilton).
-Most Drugs are Bandaids for A Wounded Soul. But they have their uses. Again... people have different defns of natural. I'm sticking with TEI.
-They are *seldomly* used correctly.

-But* if there was an easy fix... wouldn't everyone on SolvePFS, and wherever for all syndromes be cured? Of course... but of c they are not.
-don't get me wrong, I am very optimistic. I am saying that, ppl that solved anything worth solving in life... worked really hard to do it.
-And if they didn't, they probably didn't have much of an issue. The guy's who log this is, worked super hard, as did others.

-The 3-5 or whatever on SOlvepfs cured... worked super hard. I wrote up 80% like 120days+... and it was hard, and still is at times.
-Otherwise, I'd have bought like 500 things. I threw away 90% of supps over 200days ago. I have 8 and TEI. Those 8... likely trash, rest are in TEI or empty.

-Look at ordinary people... they can't even lose 10lb or stop eating sugar... there are extreme measures that must be taken at times in severe circumstances, but
-Safer is always preferred.
-Knowledge = Power. Wisdom = Acting on It. And yet often Indecision = worse than wrong decision.
-Rarely (like PFS) wrong decision = death or worse (hence Solvepfs and PH).

You did progesterone cycle with caber. It always increases your libido on a snapback.

Since high DHT person, has no sodium, and when you take progesterone that lowers your progesterone and then the snap back retains more sodium, especially if paired with cabergoline.

You can try anavar .but try it alone. I have no idea why you keep talking about var now if you did a complete opposite thing of var. YOu did progesterone plus caber. that is opposite of var. that always increased your libido before.

Try a good cycle on var alone. NO cabers, not nothing. not 2 days, in 2 days var does absolutely nothing for any case and see how you do. Var is not that strong to do anything at all within 2 days ))

We had people cylcle var for 2-3 weeks with high DHT, belikewater, also talkingant. They did not really see any improvements.

Belikewater had zero libido while on Var, talkingant also experienced no real libido on var. Those guys are with HIGH DHT levels. I am not sure about their snapback. you can ask talkingant.

Tubyz had lower DHT not high. And he experienced libido while on var , opposite of belikewater and talkingant.

I thought you were doing good with electrolytes and minerals protocol. Why do you have to take separate vitamins?

These are theories yet, I did not even try them out yet. dont know why you keep doing stuff that did not work for anyone yet

What sodium or b1 loading. I haven't tried that myself yet. it is dangerous. and we are trying it out now. No reason for the whole forum to do this.

@Jack17 I am trying these routes with people now. Dont go and start trying them, what is the reason. Wait till I get to what works.

in a meantime, cycle anavar for 2-3 weeks and see what it does to you. But without anything. not like you get a headache and you have to take some stuff to get rid of it)) body has to adjust to whatever you are doing itself.

We do need more trial with anavar, but clean ones, not take anavar for 2 days, and then cycle progesterone that you know helps you. This just confuses everything.

@Helen best ways to slow down a fast oxi? Will essential aminos speed me up?

This is from what we have seen so far:

high DHT people from what I have seen are slow oxidizers. they feel cured on cortisol.supps. they are opposite of anavar people. ( who feel cured on anavar like tubzy, ihatefin.)) . Belikewater , talkingant , those guys did not have libido on anavar. Probably because they are high DHT people.

May be these groups do better on snap backs after they quit anvar. Although talkingant did not report any improvements after he quit .

Slow oxidizers( high DHT people ) run on adrenaline, and thus lose sodium, thus DHT is high. since these people have no aldosterone action. and DHT increases aldosterone.

May be these people would react to vitamin b1 plus huge sodium load.( we are trying it out now)

Cortisol can also cure these people ,but the dosages has to be found . Since if you take too much cortisol you just go from slow oxidizers problems into fast oxidizers problems.

people need to find such a dose of cortisol, very very low and slowly raise it until they feel totally cured,

then stay on this dosage for 2 months and then quit. And body will learn how to live on this amount of cortisol

this is why there were cases on propecia forum when person cured himself with dexamethasone.( you might read about it)

Unfornunately progesterone wastes more sodium while increasing cortisol. this is why it does not hold.

When sodium is retained. body will lower DHT , since DHT increases aldosterone.

When sodium goes up , this will decrease adrenaline need and conversions of dopamine into noradrenaline and adrenaline will go down. Thus prolactin will automatically fall.

And since adrenaline will go down, fatty acids in blood will go down, so the body will have to convert progesterone into cortisol to get sugar into blood, since fatty acids are down now.

As of now people with high DHT simply have too much adrenaline , and thus too many fatty acids in blood. And this stops progesterone into cortisol conversions.

since cortisol is simply not needed. The body feeds on fat.

Another possible cure for these people will be 3 grams of niacin a day. this will stop adrenaline production.

I am trying this with 2 people now. IF this works I will write it all out.

I'm this low sodium and high dht case, but I think what you say about cortisol is wrong.
We have insensitive cortisol (proved by hair and dutch test), this is why body is running on adrenaline only and this create huge pressure on sodium.
If potassium is low too the high dosages of sodium will kill that person, I tried it, not funny.
I don't know why you are testing this on other people while i'm the perfect candidate for the high dht low sodium case (as I showed with many tests) and I asked you many times to work with me directly

Plus i tried cortisol, I used HC I tried every possible dosage, I started from.tiny doses and then reached normal dosages, or I started directly wirh normal dosages, ecc it doesn't work it seemed to make my cortisol even more insensitive (palpitations, etc), I had to stop it.

Howewer when I tried medrol I had some.positive results (stopped my diarrhea that is chronic since pfs), tried it for 3 weeks, stopped because I felt scared it would downregulate my endogenous production

What are you even talking about? I said exactly the same that people run on adrenaline.

There is no such as thing as insensitive anything. Cortisol is being flushed in in this body chemistry

Sodium is 3 times over the limit in the URINE. what pressure on sodium ?

this is why in people which I try it with they have low ACTH and low cortisol in blood and higher cortisol in the urine

Mmmmmm, you said many times that cortisol can be insensitive, now you say that this isn't possible ?

So why the body is flushing it out ? If the solution for this case is retaining cortisol it makes the body looks stupid the fact that he keeps flushing it out, and I don't think the body does stupid things

What is the sodium like in your blood and hair? How do your results compare to mine? https://hackstasis.com/threads/troy-log-test-results.1283/

aminos are all different. Usually they speed up
Hmm i think im too catabolic also.
I will try vit a, EAAs, and increasing my olive oil consumption

what? if you have high fatty acids in blood, why the body would raise any cortisol, it is not needed

Sodium high in the urine ??? I'm the case you are describing and my sodium is normal in the urine.

What I think is happening is cortisol being insensitive, thus body uses up all the sodium to produce adrenaline, just that, nothing else.

Please post the analisys. Of these people with high urinary sodium, i'm very curious

look at Barbaar tests )) and stop guessing. Sodium is being flushed in this chemistry. I also tested my neigbour in and out. Low sodium in blood, high sodium in urine

to produce adrenaline you , show me any pathway where sodium is used to produce adrenaline

Magnesium is used in that pathway , not sodium
