Ah right. I have sodium normal in blood, normal hair test but cortisol high in blood test. Trying to work out what I need to do.

Potassium has improved me greatly. But it's like it fixed one issue and there is one issue remaining that I need to fix. Just don't know what it is.

Sodium in blood is low but still in range, osmolarity is low, sodium on hair test is low, coetisol on dutch test HIGH =insensitivity

one more time for you, I did not look at you case. I am dealing with other people and see their results.

low below sodium on barbaar test in blood, low sodium on hairtest, and 3 times sodium in urine.

Any idea what I should do? Potassium improved me greatly but there is something stopping me from recovering still. It's like there were two issues. Potassium fixed one. One is remaining.

You had low potassium in blood. People with low sodium in blood and hairtest usually have higher potassium in blood.

Again apologies if this is the wrong place to be asking, but any ideas on what I should do now? Cortisol too high stands out on my blood tests. Will have calcium and magnesium blood results in 48 hours.

look at Barbaar tests )) and stop guessing. Sodium is being flushed in this chemistry. I also tested my neigbour in and out. Low sodium in blood, high sodium in urine

to produce adrenaline you , show me any pathway where sodium is used to produce adrenaline

Magnesium is used in that pathway , not sodium

Excess salt stimulates production of adrenalin and causes hypertension

There is also another study I can't find now.

And this totally reflects my experience, I get acute stress (like two seconds stress) and I get deidrathed, my heart beat changes, etc and it doesn't go back to normal till I take sodium, what happened is my body increased adrenaline and used up all the sodium doing this

We have a person taking sodium now and his blood pressure is going DOWN.

Same as with me when I take sodium my blood pressure tanks.

You have no aldosterone action, this is why sodium is being flushed out))

And you simply dont have enough nutrients on run on adrenaline only,, since probably low on b12 already

that is why when you stress out, you just run out of adrenaline. and b vitamins and other things

but when you take sodium. Adrenaline is not needed.

You did not look at my case, mmmm, I think you know very well my case, since it is a year we are talking in this forum and i'm one of the first that has provided extensive tests, so if you think my case is too difficult for you to solve just say it, so I can follow my theories and stop wasting time

You were talking about high dht case and i'm this

I was talking about high DHT people being slow oxidizers. I am trying different things now for slow oxidizers. What does this have to do with you?

I dont get this attidude.

If your case is too difficult for me to solve? who the fuck told you I will be willing to even solve your case? Lose the attitude, buddy

I already gave you the way out, TEI. Go and follow it or follow your theories.

And I will be trying things with whom ever I want to try things with. you are not the only one with high DHT here. And if what I try is succesful, then you can use it.

If not succesful , then we will try other things. I seriously dont get your attitude

I'm high dht and slow oxi.

I didn't want to sound rude, I just wanted to express my disappointing when I heard you have choosen other people to test your theory while I reflect perfectly the case you mentioned, and i'm asking you a direct help from you since months, so just be clear and say i'm a too difficult case for you so I can start following my intuitions about how to solve my situation

Slayo, because you dont want to get fucked up , man / you are very emotional and under stress and also sensitive to shit. Why do you want to be a guinea pig .

If this works for other people , then you can use it with no risk. but if this does not work for them. then you will avoid bad shit that it can possibly cause.

I am trying to solve this, and I might not be right. we do have several possibilities here on how to try to fix this. and I am just trying them out.

You need to understand if they work for someone , they will work for you also.

I am not trying just this case. I am trying to systemize all cases.

the reason why I am trying this on someone else, is that some one else is my neighbour. And Barbaar also wanted to try this route , we dont know if it works at all

It might just fuck us up. It is just a theory how to fix it.

So I'm trying this on 2 people now. Why do you want to have a chance to get fucked up .

I do consider the thing with insensitive cortisol. It is just to me the insensitive part with cortisol always have to do with the immune system

meaning if there is some infection, cortisol gets insensitive. Since cortisol lowers immune system.

This is why things like sulphoraphane are used, which are oxidants. which create more oxidative stress and then cortisol can be turned back on.

this is why they use sulphoraphane in COPD and that is why it makes corticosteroids to work again.

all sulphoraphane does is increase acetycholine, since it is like nerv gas, it is pesticide which decreases acetylcholinesterase. and thus acetylcholine rises.

This is why I am loading sodium, since sodium will increase acetylcholine. and decrease adrenaline. and this will ask for cortisol more.

I am also trying it along with b1

@Slayo Look at Troy, you see he had higher sodium in blood and lower potassium. So he decided to load potassium. He felt incredibly bad, like panic attacks, like electric shocks, like difficulty breathing. etc

But body has adjusted to having higher potassium levels in the blood and his PFS almost went away, he is almost fixed on this.

So I was thinking may be we can get body to get used to higher sodium levels in blood the same way.

We force sodium in with high dosages, and keep it in for a while. the person should feel bad with panic, since alkalosis will be worse

so the body will have to adjust by increasing acetylcholine which will increase ACTH.

That is the idea. If it would work or not, we dont know yet

1st sorry for interjecting.

I think we all get heated too much at times and Helen has best interest in mind. And even if I have decent health -- clearly I'm sensitive to many things. Even if there's like 1/100 chance of getting messed up or crashing. I don't want to do it. So I understand your stress Slayo and I understand why Helen says it's too risky.

It's like me with trialling mood meds after a crazy ass medical history . Ya I'm resilient but why do this to myself again. Surely won't happen again... But why take that risk? Which is why I fought it for 2-3 yrs but then gave in... But I should have seen a friend for longer or more therapy .. or something and not done it.

Let's not do anything we regret to get better faster. I'm indecisive as fuck... But I realize I gotta work on that. I'm writing Tei all over my hand so that's my only PFS thought. Then if better but not where want to be.. I'll see where other experiments are at. And get Dutch test if wanted. Get hormonals when time (round 2 tests).

Outside of PFS I was strong enough to go thru basically anything and yet* super sensitive simultaneously... So neither of us should worry too much and keep on our path @Slayo. Like Tei... Mostly I'm doing it BC of what you have said.

This PFS stuff is horrible but none us should jump the gun is what Helen's saying g I think.

I had faith (v difficult for me) and still do (like in Tei). I do need to slow myself down and not jump on anything. Been (mostly)good all yr but it's a constant battle that impulsivity. Also, I have faith in you, Slayo.

We can't get wrapped up in too many studies. This is a rare thing not super rare never happens but it's still trial and error. But some things work for many...

Tei told me of one of their members having a relative v sick and it's a brain illness and he uses Tei along with meds. If anything that calmed me the hell down. (The relative spaces them out).

But that trial and error thing scares me esp when getting better bc I realize I've seen great results to health and so sick I couldn't imagine health and never want to go back to the other side (death state) and nor should you Slayo.

Your very mentally strong too Slayo and resilient and you need to protect that over everything.

Anyways sorry ev1.

Good to know, I had a mini panic attack yesterday evening, bp spiked to almost 170/90. This morning it was 140/70

Yes definitely a big part of my pfs has gone away. Feels like there might be two parts. I also have (or had, havent tested in a little while) high blood pressure. This could be related to the high cortisol?
