I think so far the oxandrolone cycle is worth it. I have three kinds of syntoms: the mental/mood syntoms, the sexual and the fatigue. Regarding the brain symptoms and the fatigue I think I'm doing good. Not 100%, but there is a new baseline that is much better than before and it's stable. I'm generally more relaxed, sleep is very good. Things that affected me are not affecting me anymore, like for example things that I eat. I can eat anything without feeling tired or having brain frog. The sexual symptoms I think erections are better quality but libido I don't know, may be the same or something slightly better. My balls are bigger too.

When I did the Ella cycle things snapped back very fast, so there is something positive with anavar.

Repost from the other thread:

I'm juicing basically all of the stuff in electrolytes protocol. So spinach, beets and carrots (and sometimes and apple for taste) and just eat high protein. But all of those have the minerals/vitamins and electrolytes (loaded with potassium). If you feel like crap again or low energy try drinking like 20-30 ounces of it a few times a day, you should feel better immediately since your body has no choice but to absorb it since there is no digestion required. I drink one first thing in the morning and another one preworkout.

I did two cycles of var- first one felt great, second one - felt like shit. Second cycle I went back on var, and tried juicing while on var and my energy didn't pick up at all. I quit var and been juicing like crazy and my energy libido etc. all increased over baseline, been doing it steadily for about two weeks now. I also just got a TEI hair test done as well to see what happen post var, but for me during my initial cycle var lowered my high cort and I felt very good. Second cycle my cort was normal/low (confirmed by blood test) and I went back on same dosage and everything and I was so fatigued and low energy so I stopped after 5 days.

Same batch of var? Seems somewhat unlikely everyone on this forum got the same quality to begin with.

What about oxalates from spinach and other high oxalate foods?

After doing more research on it specifically from Dr Norman Walker (who is like the guy who invented juicing and lived until like 100 Lol) it seems the issue with high oxalate foods are when they are cooked since it alters the form from organic to inorganic which is what actually what can mess you up with high oxalate foods it shouldn't be negative with juicing since its raw and still in organic form. Other than that I have no negative issues at all.

“Spinach should never be eaten when cooked unless we are particularly anxious to accumulate oxalic acid crystals in our kidneys with the consequent pain and kidney trouble. When spinach is cooked or canned, the oxalic acid atoms become inorganic as a result of excessive heat and may form oxalic acid crystals in the kidneys.” (p. 62).

“When the food is raw, whether whole or in the form of juice, every atom in such food is vital ORGANIC and is replete with enzymes. Therefore, the oxalic acid in our raw vegetables and their juices is organic, and as such is not only beneficial but essential for the physiological functions of the body.”

“The oxalic acid in cooked and processed foods, however, is definitely dead, or INORGANIC, and as such is both pernicious and destructive. Oxalic acid readily combines with calcium. If these are both organic, the result is a beneficial constructive combination, as the former helps the digestive assimilation of the latter, at the same time stimulating the peristaltic functions in the body.”

“When the oxalic acid has become INORGANIC by cooking or processing the foods that contain it, then this acid forms an interlocking compound with the calcium even combining with the calcium in other foods eaten during the same meal, destroying the nourishing value of both. This results in such a serious deficiency of calcium that it has been known to cause decomposition of the bones.” (p. 63)

How long from last dose of first cycle to your first dose of second cycle?

I did very well with juicing early on. I would get libido as I was drinking it. Would have 40-60 Oz daily.

Braziliandude (PH recovery story) juiced 100oz daily for like 18 months which got him to recovery. Along with very clean lifestyle, diet. But yea he said 100oz daily just like Gerson Therapy.

It's basically electrolytes protocol, since it is the same exact veggies from it plus high protein diet (I'm not fasting at all and still eat high protein). All the aminos, enzymes, electrolytes and minerals/vitamins are in the juicer there so no need to supplement like I would normally from the E protocol. The high energy and removal of any POIS symptoms after drinking it is huge though. I can ejaculate like 5 times then drink a 30 ounce glass and feel great immediately with energy and go to gym and train hard lol.

But I still don't know since maybe I tanked cort too much from second cycle of var and shuttling back in electrolytes I was I'm responding so much. Should have hair test back soon too.

Juicing is great now it's just easier downtown ... Buying stuff easily everyday. It's hard in suburbs without a car (I basically sold old car and gave money to my dad).

You mean like from a weight gain perspective? No, I actually feel leaner and more anabolic. I think its from the spimach and beets as they both contain anabolic substances and were shown to have a fat loss effect in studies. I think the blood sugar issue is mainly related for diabetics since normal people do good on juicing since you are getting loads of minerals and enzymes with it so your metabolism can properly process the glucose.

How much of this effect do you credit to increase in NO? Do you always make your juices with beets and spinach? I react very strongly to juicing when I include beets and can feel the immeditate nitric oxide increase. Not sure if it might be damaging or not. Maybe if one is sensitive to nitrates and not removing/inactivating the NO well?

Maybe RPF has just scared me good about NO and I need to change my view on this :p I just dont know how much is too much and if there can be instances when the body cannot self-regulate this in the case of high nitrate intake.
