I had a lot of heated talks with my gf in past and initially thought its only me who is wrong or i’m the reason. However I’m now noticing that my gf is always irritated, angry, blaming me for everything and shouting at me - many times for very small things or no reason. I tried to calmly sort out matter so many times and tried to understand root cause but no progress. I’m tired of this now and wondering if there is a supplement or something that can treat irritation, anger and bad feelings towards others ? It could be linked to social anxiety too

Appreciate any reply.

Lithium Orotate. Sometimes - maybe often if regulary taken (I did not): --> Helps super agitating people.
TEI. --> DITTO.
Sleep/ no blue light after 7 or 8pm. ---> helps life/ getting shyt done, out of sight and mind, hence helps agitated people from agitating me and causing more stress.
Sometimes not the right fit? Not to overreact or step in something I don't know about. That's how I feel about A LOT of people. ... AS In my life is better with them an ocean away. Maybe 4oceans away.

If your girlfriend is being a bitch ignore her for a few days. Don 't give her attention. Flirt with other girls in front of her. Trust me she will stop. Otherwise dump her and get a new one. Your girl should be an Add-on to your life not someone who TAKES your life.

I think the usual cause is shortage of sleep. Or shortage of basic minerals like magnesium or too much computer use without exposure to peaceful nature like bird sounds and the sound of running water. I talked to someone who works at a sleep clinic and she said she has to deal with angry people all the time. The other hidden factor is masturbation it's a destructive habit that causes anger for both sexes especially men.

Women get angry at their boyfriends when the realization sets in they are getting old and losing their good looks which is their meal ticket unless they are educated or actually talented in something. When they realize they've wasted their sexy years on a boyfriend who is mediocre and won't become rich and take care of them in luxury while they retire from working they become very angry and often lash out at them or at all men. Women aren't good at blaming themselves so they blame men.

I'll add lack of sex also causes a lot of anger my neighbor even laughed at me for this when I got angry at small things. Though women have it easier many of them are still frustrated and looking for romance or a "real fuck" and most don't find either of those. So could be her bad moods is her lack of satisfaction with you but you didn't tell us enough. Or it could be some other thing like bad water at her home or work making her mood wacky who knows.

My reply was a bit straight forward. Truth is if a girl starts acting up, then you take her friend (shoutout to Sugarhill Gang). This is classic advice.

If your girl treats you bad you ignore her. Simple as that. And if she keeps being bad to you, then you dump her.

Arguments = win for girl. Girls want attention bruh. They don't care if it is from negative or positive things. They don't care to win or lose the argument. As long as you feed her attention.

If you never punish her (ignore her - or DUMP her) she will just keep doing this. Until eternity.

If you want to help her then get her on a program like ARL/TEI. Does she want help?

Thanks everyone!

I understand my post had a little information - which might be not enough to ask for recommendations. To give more background, she has no history of depression medicine however she has never got it tested either and stays away from any medical test. So there is no way for me to analyze much except from behaviour. I have “suggested” her a few times to see a naturopath or a doctor but she declined and when I told about possibly of anxiety or depression, she was okay to try TEI but again was not agreeing to try their supplements

You’re literally describing someone with a mental illness. Normal girls dont act like immature brats shouting at boyfriends. It has nothing to do w the guy, the girl is frustrated or whatever at something else and takes it out on him which is obviously wrong.

I think talking to her and not losing your cool, stating that you will not talk to her when she acts like this will work. Dont just ignore her, but dont lose your cool either. Calmly ask her whats going on and if she continues to act like this, ignore her (like you said you would).

Yeah listen to ya gurl Nina, you don't have to try and be a mega alpha like RWAC lol. Imo I think holding your ground is fair enough, but generally just having strong communication skills is vital, and if she really is going psycho pms mode and won't talk about her issues with you then you should resort to giving her the silent treatment or even breaking up with her. Like one of my best friends is so whipped, like his GF ensures that he doesn't make friends with ANY other girls as well as having him delete his IG/FB. Fucking wack tbh, never get full whipped.

What does that mean lol.

Yes, I agree. Did “counselling” a few times before but was never very upfront thinking that she will feel bad. I’m now better prepared to solve this issue starting today

---Way better than meds........... Lamotrigine, wellbutrin etc = hair loss for some............................. also mania, depression, craziness to max for many.
---not me, but yeah other drugs would (like Fin or Effexor).

-Fucking counselling... Tried to see my foolio doctor here... he's like oh im in BC, oh im at the airport. It's like oh, do you even practice medicine anymore??
---2 tier... is ideal. --I mean he was for dexedrine/ letters not really therapy. --had some good jokes and advice occasionally. usually pretty good, but im slow to warm up to people. and where is he??? im visiting ontarioz rite nowz.

-Lamotrigine (and some others) can also brutally kill people. NO way TEI does things like that.

Is there any major side effect of Lithium (small dose) in women for short term usage?

Just read:
Due to the health risks associated with lithium toxicity, safe use of lithium requires periodic blood-testing to ensure that toxic levels of the drug are not being reached.

Lithium Orotate at low doses is non-toxic and lab tests are not required to monitor your lithium levels because it does not show up in blood samples.

It's ok.
Catherine says fine for Tei.
To an extent lithium is lithium.
Can build up even mineralogy. I.e. lithium orotate or lithium aspartate. Orotate more people seem to find sedating (good for energized anger or mania and Hypomania, dysphoria, etc, also anxiety). Aspartate may be more stimulating (and also may be bad for those that have MSG sensitivity if I recall correctly). Used like 2-4* a week a short time or so may be fine. Likely is for many. I felt back pain which is really kidney pain on a short dose. If really bad someone can live with that and maybe it goes away. Also increased water retention a bit. I lost like 80-130 lb so any water retention makes me feel bad... But for many they won't care.

Tradeoffs.

I took it maybe 6-15* appeared in hair test like a month or 2 later. Now I haven't. Maybe chelated out, with TEI regimen. Who knows.

What you read is generally correct. At high enough doses it can and does appear on blood levels but usually it's like .1 versus like .4 or .5 or 1.2 it's below the toxic dose. I researched it a lot. And read that from users that used it instead of lithium carbonate.

Usually not so bad. Helped me several times this year but it probably also clouds thinking a bit. So brings down a negative mood but makes me feel a bit sharp (potentially very strongly after a while?) Slightly helps mood for me but at cost of focus/sharpness and water retention and possibly kidney pain.

So I'll keep it just in case if I restock but rare usage. Maybe when needed I'll use it. Tei great mood most days and morn and nite. Without most issues, tho a bit of water retention/digestion issues. Like 30-50d straight I might lose faith a bit because of digestion but if I space out Tei pretty good.

High doses enuff duration maybe kidney toxic maybe also cancerous whereas lith carbonate often and usually *was* prescribed in toxic doses.

Its up there tho. Most things don't work for me or perhaps some work way too well. Insensitive and hypersensitive.
So it can potentially be a great supplement/medicine, but it's not for everyone.

Brought my anxiety down while crashing or super crashing from fin in 2017.

Most of girls complain for everything lol. I know a large listof women, including my girlfriend that they get angy for everything. I have been in women talks where they literally say that they get angry just for fun, or bother their boyfriend and know they have the control.
