Only thing is though. If it's so useful, why would the body get rid of it?

same reason why body would piss out extra B complex or other excess minerals/vitamins when you don't need at a given time otherwise your body would just store everything forever. You can tell because when you take a B complex your piss is bright yellow, body can only uptake so much at once, it has to do something with it
Urine is just a side product of blood filtration when the body doesn't need mineral/vitamin etc. at that given moment. It can't consume and use everything at once so it has to excrete some of the extra. Yeah, small amounts metals and other components could end up there too since again it stems from blood filtration, but then again that can be different per individual and also if you are not drinking your own urine every single time you go the bad stuff would be excreted at those other times when you aren't drinking it anyways
The reason why it seems to be so "good" is that you are putting the exact formula your body needs back into your body at ready bio-availability. Also, there is other info about how the enzymes in your urine trigger and stimulate the immune system antigens very strongly

Question regarding urine therapy: Could we inject SQ rather than drinking? I know that’s what klindhardt does. But he cleans it before injection.
I did it I just drank urine for first time during fast. I’m in day 5 of 25 day fast. I did a hot steaming bath after with mag salts and sea salts.
I had a vibrating herx. Haven’t herxed like that from a bath in a long time.

There a mutliple method it seems from drinking fresh urine to aged urine, bathing in it, and some even say you dont event need to fully drink it and just gargle it at the back of the mouth and you will absorb it like that video above with the Japanese doctor. Seems there are multiple ways it can work

Welp- he says Andreas Moritz loves them and they are amazing for the gut. My gut is biggest issue right now to fix w/ Lyme.
I’ll be doing my first urine enema tomorrow night. May choose to this instead of drinking it. Lol can’t wait!

Woke up with insane hunger this morning- after two glasses of urine yesterday now day 6 of fast. My breath and bedroom still smell of urine lol.
I’m keeping this from friends, gf. So I think I’m gonna move to enemas and see how that does in terms of smell. I mean we don’t have to smell out of mouth or have that taste all day.
Also considering injections.
Will prob do urine enema every other day for rest of fast if all goes well. I have some needles laying around here somewhere from TRT days 2 years back lol. May look for those too.
Just makes too much sense in my situation. Fuck I’m fasting on herbal tea and water for 25 days. Just adding a little bit more torture to torture. The results of this fast will be extremely interesting.
That said the hunger is tough this morning. Never experience it like this while I fast, definitely urine induced. Hopefully it subsides.

First time I heard of this therapy from Genady Malakhov, I've always been reserved about this thing, but lately I am starting to think that it might help for real... I will buy his book and try it out. Let's hope it will help out!

@Canari haha I can’t believe I got myself into this.... but I really feel good today (for a fast) after an injection this morning. I did 5 ML IM in the buttocks.
I used to inject carnitine this way TRT days and stretch of PFS (between my juice fast and water fast last year.) So the injections really don’t bother me that much.
I’m planning on injecting the rest of the fast. Possibly try an enema, we’ll see.

I have done it before many times but then I forget about it... and also when I started to eat more meat, the taste was less good....
By the way, there is much more things in urine than what I have read here! If I read my organic acids test.... many many elements from metabolism!
I think I will gargle, as my throat is not good... I have a boyfriend now and he is a smoker... I have just obtained that he stops - or try to - smoking inside... And I am fighting clothes washing product perfume smells with baking soda, but there are always new sources! + some molds I guess in the house... I hope they are not too bad ones!
I might need to Rife or something like this...

I wouldn't inject. Yes, urine is filtered blood, but the possibility of some bacteria in the urine tract is there. I don't know if that could potentially be a problem if it got into the tissue. On the other hand I read in the link I posted earlier that some people had cured their ghonnorea by eating their dishonorable discharge, thereby causing the immune system to overcome it.
