2 days ago i had an appointment with an very good urologist in my country. He made an ultrasonic test of my penis, like many others had already done. And he have found a very bad penile scarring inside the shaft of my penis. The scarring seems like to be there for already 3 years (since i stopped finasterid?!) and it has began in the left upper body of the penis.
This is the reason why im experiencing such a thinning. Because my penis isnt elastic anymore like before because of this scarring.

Im happy that finally a doctor has seen something but he told me that there is no cure. No operation, pills, supplements or something else. A scarring INSIDE the penis can never be cured.

Than he injected me prostanglandin which gaves me an 70% good erection but hurted incredibly for 3 hours. He said that its hurting because of my penile scarring which is going to be expanded.


So guys i have found the cause of my "shrinkage" but there really seems to be no cure. The only thing i have in mind which could help for the scarring and which the doctor doesnt even know is PRP. maybe this could help for the scar tissue.


To be honest at the moment i dont even know if i should go on with DHT, because the penis shrinkage was the main issue ive started the RUSSIAN DHT protocol...

THINGS get better, near 2in shrinkage to zero. I was suicidal most of last year (first time ever - and last most likely; bc I don't need pharma drugs - no more lapses of judgement for me and all of us I sincerely hope).

I DOUBt It's true... there's no cure for any of the 4 conditions i have (PFS being one) nor PSSD (which I beat) and worst parts of the other 2 (are pretty well controlled).
AND better controlled to those 2 and cured PFS soon. DESPITE ANY MEDICAL TESTS. Coming from a line of lots of MD's... I can tell you... you need to solve your own issues, as I always knew for all of us here.

This is a bad outcome for now, but it's NOT PERMANENT - if you don't believe it is.

Thats some bad news man, sorry to hear that.
Ive read good results with serrapeptase + natkokinase for peyronies.
You got any more info that the doctor said?

Man, I had that also, it all goes back to normal. Scarring will be cured when Nitric oxide goes back up, Nitric oxide signals VEGF to create bloods vessels.

This is not permanent. TRY nitric oxide protocol


Nitric oxide cures scars on the head , on hands, everywhere .

Stop concentrating on your dick. Your dick will get back to normal, when nitric oxide starts working.

DHT just releases nitric oxide, does not make it. SO no reason for you to use it.

If you use any anabolic , you will have to always support nitric oxide.

Otherwise anabolic will do nothing to you

This is why I always recommend if people use anabolics like DHT to use progesterone with it, but the best thing, is never use DHT, DHT is pro aging.

if you use steroids, you use testosterone which will release nitric oxide, and progesterone which will make nitric oxide, since potassium has to be high in the cell. Since nitric oxide is a duaretic, so NO will only be made when potassium is high.

And people with low potassium just made themselves worse by taking anabolic steroids

Brain first as Helen told me and I knew. Penis heals last anyways as far as I can tell from others in PSSD and PFS.

Dmso breaks up scar tissue, I would add an extra drop on top of "old fashion peppermint linement" by brand sundown (which has some along with other regenerative herbs) and rub on shaft

this ointment completely reversed my vien scarring in my arm from all the ozone injections

@hopeforrecovery You need to understand that Nitric oxide signals VEGF to build blood vessels, when body builds bloods vessels SCARS will disappear and will disappear fast.

If you want to do steroids, dont do DHT alone. Do testosterone plus progesterone. or DHT with progesterone or pregnenolone


Or try to follow Nitric oxide protocol.

Or do TEI

All other local shit, like enzymes or shit or that , serrapeptase, dont work on that kind of scar tissue.

Also you can use penis pumps, to speed up the process when you use increase nitric oxide,


My advice would be

1) try nitric oxide protocol , if it does not work and you see improvement within a month try 2) go on TEI and stay on it, you will be fixed.

if you do want just to substitute hormones, go 4) testosterone 80mg a week, plus progesterone 5mg a day.

These are your options, and I am sure you will recover. your tissue. that tissue grows in a month all back to normal,

I would follow nitric oxide protocol like helen said. Not only will the NO signal VEGF but you will surely benefit from increased oxygenation of the tissues.
@Helen would it be okay for him to use anything else such as dmso to speed up recovery/ help the NO?

DMSO , no , why? all local stuff is worthless.

this is the systemic problem. To feel better, he can just use some penis pumps, just to feel better mentally ))

Dmso as a local does work, it pententrates deep, and fast.. no harm in using a tiny bit daily, while his body chemistry changes.

it's also a carrier so anything you add to it will follow.

I agree with you about dmso and scarring.
Had a scar from heated up ligher iron on my arm. Scar looked like a penis.
Dmso lightened the scar and "blended" it in with the skin where its barelly visible now!

DMSO is a duaretic. I personally would never put that in my body

It is not about scars on top of your body, This is total collapse of the blood vessels )) INSIDE Of your body

Like I mentioned it breaks up scars.. they couldn't even get the syringe on my favorite vein after a month of daily ozone IV . Ozone rekts the veins.. after rubbing that ointment my vien is totally supple again.. everybody in the group found the same results
