To be honest at the moment i dont even know if i should go on with DHT, because the penis shrinkage was the main issue ive started the RUSSIAN DHT protocol...

strangely my sleep is just as stubborn as my dick/libido.
mental first thing to fix for me for sure tho.

Same, but insomnia... like 15-20yrs i actually don't know how long... long... at least 8-11. Oh yeah I mean, that: Even if cured/ I'd have sleep issues. It will take time/ TEI hpfly.

but for your case, I would go on test and progest , or electrolytes protocol. NO protocol is too castrated for you . IMO

you can try it, but I think you also need electrolytes and minerals. and amino acids,

Thank you! But i think the penible scarring Needs to be treaten on it’s own way.

Dont you think that curing an inside penile scarring needs another way than cure a General PFS or PSSD?

10-15 drops DMSO+20-30 drops Horse chestnut tincture(dont know the exact escin content of it but supposedly its around 15%) + 1/4 tsp of Allantoin.
Everything should mix together well, allantoin may take a bit more of mixing to get disolved. Massage it into the penis.
After that apply vitamin e on it and also massage it in.
Thats about how i did it.

UPDATE:

Hello guys after some weeks a new update. At the moment im still on the DHT 50% Gel.

Im on a higher dose now and take 12 drops daily. 4 in the morniung, 4 in the afternoon and 4 before going to bed.


I also take tribulus terrestris and terminalia chebula ( @Area-1255 recommend me this!).

Since 2 weeks i dont experience anymore any benefits of it. No libido, no energy, no penile changes, just nothing.

Its crazy because im on a such high dose but i really dont feel NOTHING!

Im also doing a NOFAP.


I really still want to start the NO protocol, but at the moment i dont have money for the supplements.

I think everybody with issues like you have, should visit chiropractician.do you have scoliosis ? did you had pre PFS scoliosis ? If yes you are in high risk group beacuse some part of your spine may press the veins which allows blood flow to your penis. So mineral/vitamins/drugs will not work. I just found that in my case its reason of my problem which are not PFS, PSSD. I obtain in some part of my life partially emty sella syndrome, and all problems with high acth high histamine high cortisol high insulin wasting potassium starts. Now I see after MRI and MRI descripction that my cervical part of spine (neck) is pressing vein which allows to outflow cerebrospinal fluid.

And I dont want to be boring. But as a child almost everybody receive aluminium/mercury injections called ,vaccines''. This creates stresful reaction in organism. This create outflow of calcium from bones to veins. Bones become weaker and your spine may get scoliosis. Finasteride may cause the same stresful reaction. And this cause spine pressing some vein.

Thats also reason why ,,mewing'' and right posture is so important, beacuse will lower probability of scoliosis.

your androgen receptors got downregulated...

how long did it work for before these last two weeks? and what changes were you seeing?

I had the same my friend.
Now no more, I recently did 2 times ultrasounds etc to my penis just to check it and doctor told everything is perfct… in my case time cured it.

Specifically, how much time? And how big was your plaque? What caused it?

It's like you're not even listening to anything you've been told lol why are you still taking dht? Cut the shit and follow Helens advice

Fucking finasteride caused it!
I was 24/25 years old and I was 300% brain fogged from finasteride so I have to be honest that I don’t even remember how big it was and I even do not have papers of that test anymore (I should search for it somewhere) but trust me when I tell you that I remember very well doctor’s words and the pain on my penis.
I’m talking bout 10 years ago, but scare got cured way before than 10 years.. also because I have never checked it again since just this last September/October.
This September I checked it just to che k cause I add a sexual “accident” so I was scared of any possible damage and doctor and pictures of ultrasound confirmed me that everything is fine.
