Appologies if this question lands in the wrong area.
I'm in the midst of sever insomnia from PFS. I broke down and started taking Remeron so I could function. It has been working well until last night. I went from getting a decent nights sleep (only waking once to pee) to last night I litterally did not get 1 minute of real sleep. I took the Remeron right after taking 400mg of Magnesium Citrate which I am now wondering if that might have neutralized the drug as it is manufacturered with Magnesium. I thought maybe @Helen or one of the other science minds here might have some insight. I usually space supplements and medications out. The only other thing that was different yesterday is that I drank more coffee in the morning than I usually do. Its like I went from having the Rememron be very effect to completely ineffective in 1 night which doesnt seem possible in regards to building a tolerance, etc.... Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
