Does anyone do it? Genuine benefits or not?
It seems to have genuine benefits from what I can see. It's sort of like meditation, and I guess the poses promote blood flow in certain parts of the body.
Anyone do yoga regularly? I've been trying some poses like the following, which are supposed to help liver/gallbladder. Too early to say if they are having a positive effect, but kind of fun!
