As you see copper zinc selenium, cysteine, histidine. Doesn't this remind you anything LOL

If you are toxic in metals, cortisol will be insensitive.
So basically,

Fasting makes you young cos it gets rid of toxic metals.

However to do this it uses up your stored histadine. So we cant just keep fasting over and over cos we will run out of histadine.

Instead fast, breakfast, then supp histadine?

And women are so much less affected because of their progesterone which modulates potassium in the cell, right?
And as I have high progesterone now i barely have any hairloss, i could regrow a lot of hair actually with scalp massage!
I mentiionned a documentary on tv with a woman having a problem of too high libido: she had hair thinning too, and was slightly fat, but I would say puffy... Is it estrogenic water retention?
Given the SOD aspect, could this potentially reverse grey hair as well? I don't have grey hair but I think some people asked about methods to address it in the past. Would be cool if someone tried it.
I agree to try to un-grey my hair!
SLow metabolism and zero potassium in the cell. No cysteine metabolism. And low bioavailable copper. Calcification.
I have low copper in hair test, I have some calcification as I have fibrosis in muscles, slow metabolism diagnosed already as a baby... potassium is low on hair test, but hair test does not say what is INSIDE the cell...

histidine to chelate everything out. And I guess after the fast you need to rebuild the histidine reserves.
Wouldn't that help facilitate all the amino and minerals from food?
RP diet is low in histidine if you do not use aged cheese maybe? Maybe just by chance but it made me suppress my histidine high recipes form my diet!

Also yes I can see the relationship with lack of acid for protein absorption, as I feel this in the lymphatic system, which is the one that eliminate useless unusable proteins! There is a UP in the lymphatic system topic, if you want to have a look and gather some useful juicy bits there.... lymphatic system topic

How important is folate in all this? Is it just part of cysteine or histidine or is it required as a stand-alone?

Some people will have high histidine. It is better to test it. If you have high histidine , then beta alanine can lower it. or probably cysteine or methionine

Opening post:
For libido several studies used FOLATE plus histidine. Histidine deficiency causes FOLATE deficiency. And folate deficiency causes histidine to be lost in the urine. https://www.pubfacts.com/detail/12486209/The-role-of-histidine-in-the-anemia-of-folate-deficiency
All of it is needed. Read the protocol , you need folate, bs, etc aminos. People are stuck with low stomach acid. low folate, low methylation. But actual methylation can lower histidine. since it has folate in it. So folate lowers histidine converting it into glutamic acid. In low stomach acid environment folate is low.

So some can try histidine with folate, or histidine zinc, copper, cysteine. But it is better to take the whole protocol. This is not PFS protocol , this is a protocol for every day. That should solve everything.

I know originally this was a thought experiment, so you gave vague ideas. Do you think its time to lock it in?

Can you add info to the questions below in red?

On one hand you say:

Zinc / Histadine / Cystine / magnesium / b6 / b2 / b3 / Fоlate / phosphorus / potassium
is this a protocol all by itself? This is the zinc finger protocol right?

Then you say:

1. Histidine / Serine / Aspartic Acid / (in increased quantities? what do you mean? What do you start at, what do you end at?)
2. lysine, arginine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, alanine, glycine, valine ALL WITH HCL (are you supposed to take these after the histidine / serine / aspartic acid? a week after? or like 1 minute after you have those first 3?)
3. Then take electrolyte supplement like bee pollen + pine pollen (at the same time as the aminos?)
4. Then small dosages of vitamin b1, b2 and b3 at the start (what do you mean at the start? how long is that? how do you know when to stop?)
5. Increase diet folate or supplement
Is this a different protocol or a different version of the same protocol? I note theres no zinc, cystine, phosphorus or potassium here?

This is a disccusion not a protocol yet. WE are trying this out. and people will respond, no reason to create protocols here. they are many different ways to try here, and I don't know which way is the best. So we are trying it now.

I outlined possibilities,

like cysteine histidine copper zinc, ( with studies)

folate histidine.( studies)

And then the complete zinc finger protocol ,. which is pretty much straight forward. you take everything together. zinc finger protocol has everything there. Food is also important. Electorlytes have mangesium potassium. etc. Cysteine yes can be added.

We are trying this this ourselves now to see what is the best for the balance.

Would be good to have this testing in te log section though, people are testing many things atm but its far from transparant.

Still to early to say but I have been seeing little spurts of labido and generally feeling good while following zinc finger protocol. I have been taking 2mg of copper, 40mg zinc, 200mg of resveratrol, 10mg of manganese, 1 pill of thrones extra for b vitamins, magnesium, and I have been taking a 1/4 teaspoon of potassium chloride with whey protein twice a day.

I am two weeks out from my last dose of ru and one and half weeks from my last run I stop seeing benefits. The biggest benefits each time with ru has just been making me feel all around more normal, personality wise and digestion wise, but I only get a slight increase in the sexual department.

Would you change anything with I am taking @gbolduev?

Update:
A general good sense of well being is how I describe it. Im still using a bit of all in one capsule- zinc, copper, Cysteine, Carnosine(alanine+histidine)..
Hair seems good, the sprouts are strong. I believe growing hair in the crown is the HARDEST. yes, the hardest. it has always been "common knowledge" that rogaine and propecia grow hair mainly in the crown, but I definitely beg to differ. IF you go to any Hair Center website, best is Belgravia Hair center, and look and before and afters, most regrow all the hair in the front and only some in the crown. the crown is hardly ever totally regrown unless the person has very little loss in that area.
Men with alot of hair, usually start to thin in the crown as they get older. So my point is that to get hair to grow in on a bald crown area is a big feat. I believe I am making progress, but it is a slow one. Im using salt scrub, massage, Violet ray, brushing, Red light and now zinc finger. I hope it works.

libido has been pretty good, but did slow down. I have a x mas party this weekend , and used Resveratrol + DHT. I felt great at the party. the next day I was horny and I am still. my penis is fluffed up and I guess I would be able to have intercourse easily if the opportunity arose, but Im at work at the moment. but like I said, before that I did feel a dip in libido status post 6 days on Zinc finger. Resveratrol brought it back up.

Could you post all the dosages you are using for clarity? Zn, Cu, aminos, resvera, DHT, etc.. thanks!

Have you tried taking out the zinc and copper and continuing the protocol with just the amino acids? Me and another member take a libido hit as soon as we add in zinc and copper, but on just aminos the improvement is pretty big.

I'm going to do a full update soon, but I have been experimenting over the past two weeks with various protocols for zinc finger and have seen big improvement.

Haven't tried brewers yeast yet

Zinc finger is zinc with cysteine, and histidine. For cysteine you need b6 ,plus magnesium plus serine. and methylation. For histidine you need phospforus and b2 and nad. For histidine is not that easy , there is a pathway in the body to synthesis it, but it requires 8 reactions with TONS OF atp, B2 , b3,folate, phosphorus, all the limiting things in usually sick individual.
Histidine is in hemoglboin, it is in CDO which converts cysteine, it is needed for histamine, without which there is no stomach acid. It is needed for nerv conductivity without that you dont have brain organ connection. It is part of insulin with zinc. That is why when there is no zinc finger and insensitive cortisol , it obviously lowers your insulin level, which we can see quit a bit in PFS. Also it is a part of SOD which a lot of people target for hairloss along with copper

Always wondered about Ray Peat mentioning that his father cured his diabetes (type II I believe) just using brewers yeast and nothing else. Brewers yeast has all the zinc finger vitamins, minerals and aminos... in most likely the proper amounts.

Actually, that sounds like a great idea to take out zinc/copper...I was thinking of adding taurine too. So Cysteine, histadine, or Carnosine ...I will try this. I definitely take a libido plunge from zinc.

did you see the study I posted. where they say that zinc finger causes hairloss. Did you experience stronger hair on this?
