I used bio-identical preg MRM 50 mg and synthetic one swanson preg 50 mg. I did take half the capsule though forgot to mention that but it feels very different from preg it obliterates cortisol to the point that I have no energy so sounds like DHEA. I don't feel that good on it though so allready ordered MRM again. from what I've tried MRM i the only brand I would recommend.
