Thanks man. One more question if you don’t mind you are helping a lot. My RU will be in soon, do you think I should use progesterone with it? Can you explain to me if so how much and what form? Thanks so much

it all depends on what dose you are using and for how long you will use it. if you are doing a 3 day cycle of 5 to 50mg a day you may not need to use it with prog, but eventually RU will begin to stop antagonizing the prog receptors and just agonize and activate them the same way progesterone does once there isnt much of your endongenous progesterone around to compete with it.

its not an exact science on when you will need to add prog, but i would say after the 3 day mark add a small amount like 5 to 10mg of progesterone a day of either liquid or cream doesnt really matter. just pay attention to signs on when you might need to add n just pay attention to your body. if you start feeling shitty or start feeling like you took steps back after ru once made you feel good add it.

i believe i got an order confirmation, but for the most part i just checked my account on that site frequently to see when it processed and all that. they are pretty responsive if you chat with them on the live chat too, but only depending on the time of day. for me, they were only responsive around midnight or late nights since im sure it was bright and early for them.

Hey man, thanks for answering all my previous questions. One more. i believe you cycled r andro twice, one before RU and one after correct? How much of a difference did you respond to it after Ru usage compared to before using ru? Thanks man

Actually both my Randro cycles were after ru. 2nd cycle of Randro I am responding sooooo much better. Tighter muscles huge libido spirts sore joints huge stregnth.

Ru makes you respond better to androgens and I could tell from back when I used to use proviron and dht gel

No, I didn't take progesterone with RU. It is something you don't need to take, and I haven't seen anybody run a clean trial with RU and progesterone so we don't know how it really works. If I was you I would run 25mgs for 4 or 5 days, that's what u plan to do in a week or 2. I ran 25mgs for 3 days and had almost no prolactin sides. On my 50mg cycle I had terrible headaches.
