Electrolyte Protocol for Improved Health

Do you have low potassium?

My simple understanding is that most people (that the protocol could work for) will have low potassium and low chloride (stomach acid), so the key parts of the protocol is 1) HCL because chloride is low, 2) potassium chloride because potassium is low, 3) magnesium chloride because it aids the absorption of potassium, 4) amino acids because the low chloride has meant we've not been able to absorb some of these properly, specifically the ones required to actually make chloride, hence going towards correcting the vicious circle..

@tanedout thanks for the reply, my Potassium was pretty normal in my blood results, I'm hoping to get the hair test results back soon

Maybe an obvious question,
but this here is basically the first "general protocol" that's actually a protocol and not an "experiment" right?
I think yes. SO everyone that's doing this, just get the *hair test* and blood tests too and follow the protocol.
If I was further along in my plan, I'd do it too. GL everyone !

Who else checks back on this electrolyte-protocol-post every time it gets edited and tries to figure out what was added? :D

LOL. Just ask raincoast what exactly he did , He was identical to you

Electrolytes, Aminos with Betaine HCL, shilajit, and a few other @gbolduev approved substances have rid me of IBS, CFS, symptoms of arthritis in my spine, sleep has improved in a huge way. Nightime/morning wood is back consistently. Health declined after years of Peating. Hair is even thicker now.
Had a terrible flu, very high fever for a week, this was recent. Provided me with another boost taking me from 80% to near 100%. Some kind of reset there?
I was in 4 lows with high copper in September. Started zing/mang for a few months. Then started GHK-with taurine, later adding in a 15/1 zinc copper.
All systems are in good order after 6 months, can't even believe it.
Thanks @gbolduev I guess anything is achievable.
Just in time for spring

Have you retested your hair now you feel better?

@gbolduev i really need your clarification here.

I am pfs, but I also took 5htp after I got pfs.

I will get a blood test. Say I have low na. I take nacl, kcl and mgcl even though I also am pfs? This will cure both pfs and pssd? Please confirm.

As normally for pfs you stay away from na. Hence I need this clarification. And if I were to take kcl and mgcl only when I had low na, could this make me worse or would it still be partially effective?

I wonder if having protein + mag chloride + hcl after heavy exercise would be a good recovery stratergy?

It seems some people always look emancipated and some people are just bulging with muscles. Maybe we just need hcl with every protein meal for 6 months or something to top up our stores?

However protein synthesis is written into the dna is it not? So maybe we all have a personal limit. However older people often have this emancipated look too. Maybe they would benefit a lot from the hcl with protein

how much would this protocol cost on a monthly basis? already being spread so thin money wise...

also can this be used with cdnuts protocol? I've improved a lot from where I first crashed but still have lingering issues but overall I oscillate between 80-95%

@jacknap my rough estimate is [$130 + shipping + Ceggs + Cwhey]. Cost of eggs, Cost of chosen whey, shipping methods are variable.
-Possibly ~2 month's worth. Less if you use ten HCL tabs a day. I grabbed mine 5.50 at iherb.ca (out of stock till Feb 23rd).
-I'm estimating a tally of Betaine HCL, KCl, MgCl₂, Platinum Essential Amino Acid, Wobenzyme from mostly Iherbs but also from Amazon.com.
--definitely cheaper for Americans but not an insane price for us CDNs.

This protocol can be really simple.

Eat food, spinach protein at every meal. ( you need amino acids plus folate plus b12 from food.) Put HCL into water and drink after each meal. Then add electrolytes and gelatin.

This is not about protein, It is about everything that was not digested properly without chloride. calcium , iron, zinc, protein, folic acid, b12 etc. This is why you need to eat spinach kale with protein at every meal plus put HCL. on top of it

Ha. He must have meant they looked emaciated. We all make mistakes though ;)
I noticed that immediately but I didn't want to look like an English and or Grammar nazi/jerk.

How do we take the electrolytes? I have them each separate in powder form that I can make a potion with. Is this ok
They exist in forms that arre called trisalts, as they are used to buffer vitamine C. My multi-sensitive neighbour live on them to stay more or less on board! hers has K, Ca and Na.

Also another reason why potassium and magnesium work together.

"Magnesium tends to be correlated with potassium intake. Potassium can be impossible to absorb during a magnesium deficiency. Magnesium status can not be determined from blood serum. The red blood cells is a reliable indicator. When magnesium is deficient the 300 or so enzymes depending on magnesium fail to operate adequately, including those responsible for its own absorption. Total body magnesium does not predict its deficiency, but blood serum must be low for that. If blood magnesium is 25% low, the enzymes depending on magnesium fail to operate adequately, including those responsible for its own absorption."

Is anybody using a C-salt product? I have imidiate results with it for night cramps. I got it last summer but stopped a while because it has Mg and Zn and I was high in Mg and Zn. I have not seen if there are different possibilities for electrolytes, maybe according to hair test? I am waiting for my copper now...

I was not on the forum last w-e and did not see the new thread before locked. Anyway the problem for me was the obligation to take whey (as people use it in powder) and egg white (as people use it in bricks). I eat animal skin and not gelatine powder too. So I am already on this protocole but with real food. Proteins and greens.

And also you say carbs are an obligation, but carb free for me is solving my digestive issues! I mean no starch and no fruit, as i have a little carb from veggies anyway...

Then I use c-salt and betaine HCl.

THIS IS NOT A KETO DIET. YOU need to eat carbs with your protein at all times.

1) Egg whites 16 a day preferably raw,( make sure you heat them up to deactivate avidin) completely supports gluthatione. If you have histamine reaction to this, add 100mcg molybdenum.
2) juicing Breuss fast components daily.( beets etc) this is a must

3) Diet

30% carbs, 50 protein, 20 fat. Vary this by increasing carbs with physical activity. If you sit at home and move less eat less carbs, if you move more eat more carbs.

Good carbs= rice

Good protein= sea food in form of shrimp, oysters, mussels, octopus , non fat fish, tuna is ok.

Plenty of vegetables( like Kale, spinach, etc) PUT HEAVY ACCENT ON SPINACH AND KALE and try to eat it with every meal.

In keto I have no hot flashes. With no fruit and no starch, I have no digestiv issues.
If I up my eggs, I fart sulfur... With 3 per day I am ok.
I have been detected in the past with some allegy to shrimp and crab, though it is not declared I do not want to trigger this, so I stay low in this.
I feel super good with a high intake of beef, some chicken, fish, and eating skin and connective tissues. So I have real gelatine.
I have fresh cultivated and wild greens including nettles. I have no spinach as there are none in shops haha!

Please can you tell what is the problem IF I STAY OFF CARBS?

Hi guys,
thank you very much for your effort!

I want to start this protocol. I have only one problem: here in Italy the potassium chloride is a prescription drug and it comes only in the delayed release formula 600mg (so you can't even split the pills). Can I use another type of potassium, even at higher doses, or is essential only in this way?
