Alternative to ARL supplements

ARL supplements are very expensive, and it is also difficult to replace them with other supplements due to the fact that they contain many nutrients with certain ratios that i couldn't find in other brands, anyone has an idea about how to be cheaper about all this stuff ?

Cheaper way would be to get tested very well, and know exactly what is wrong with you. ARL takes 2-3 cycles just to see where you are.

What would be other tests you recommend outside of typical serum testing? Serum/urine aminos?

You probably won't find supplements with same exact mixture and dosages. But I don't see any problem why not buy all minerals/vitamins separately to match ARL supps and take the same dosages or at least close enough..

The goal is to take nothing, just eat well and take absolutely no supplements, If hydrogen water works, may be just drink that.

Trace elements has more of a replacement type of therapy and works much faster than ARL. You could try that. You could also just try to match the supplements but overall, I doubt it would be cheaper if you combine the supplements yourself

I am against all these supplements really, as I said from the beginning. The same things you could achieve from good diet and fasting eventually. and liver flushes IMO and may be hydrogen water or bicarbonate of soda, or ozone therapy. Just have to fine what fits you.

Depends really. If you got cheap sources like maybe iherb or else, it could get cheaper if let’s say, you buy supplements for 4 months.
But I think if you just buy arl supps for 30 days, packs are probably cheaper.
big supplement packs like 90 or 120 capsules are often cheaper than 30.
So I would say, to be as cheap as possible, 30 days = arl packs and if you need to follow the programm for long and don’t care about time to sort and measure all dosages, then go for cheap supplements on the market.

But I think you could’ve answered that question for yourself ^^

You are against long term supplement use, but he is talking about ARL program with their supplements. I assume that you are not against ARL supplements when you talking all the time how we should get ARL test and take they program with supplements.. Btw I will have only hair test from them. Hopefully I can match their recommended supps with other brands. Like take stuff for slow or fast oxidizer.. Calcium, copper etc.. or avoiding these things.. If I need more calcium for example what is a difference if I take like 300 from some supplement or 2x150 from their supplement or 5mg of some B vitamin vs 4 mg of their vitamin.

Then there are my sportsman friends, who all feel quite good but most of them are getting wrinkled face before the age of 30.
The huge performance they put out must take a toll on their bodies and of course they do not have perfect nutrition.

One of them, my friend good friend, doesnt believe in supplements and he wins every crossfit championship, and he instinctively eats a lot of dairy.
He trains 2 times a day and he is 26, wrinklier face than average. He is very lean bf around 9% and he is natural.

I was a sportsman too before pfs, what would you recommend how to prevent the body from wearing out from the sports?
I know milgamma shots or tablets.
On what areas does the sport put pressure on which need to be compensated?
I dont plan to do hours of cardio, more like bodybuilding/powerlifting and sprints.
The most wrinkled ones i know workout and move around all day

Not H, but my guess is that athletes burn through minerals and electrolytes/protein deficieny the fastest due to increase perspiration and over training. I'm assuming increasing intake of minerals and amino acids via seafood would be probably what H would say.

I dont really get why b12 is so important for sports people.
I get that methylation works in fast metabolism and you use a lot of b12. But why increase methylation even more in athletes who most likely have too fast metabolism and therefore like Tubzy said, need a lot of carbs and protein ?
I mean, b12 is probably the first thing most people think of when wanting to increase methylation right?

And how will you get to adrenaline without b12?

Im not saying they dont need b12.
But I thought with a working or even fast metabolism, therefore working methylation, you have enough b12. I dont know.

Run down fast oxidizer has low sodium potassium ratio, since cortisol goes higher then adrenaline. This is why Bs are important, once you run solely on cortisol, you get ammonia problems and then cancer.

B12 lowers potassium on the hairtest by the way.

This is exactly how I feel, a run down fast oxidizer.
Look at my hair test:
-low sodium/high potassium
-very very low b12

Hm ok, yeah I always saw b12 only as something that speeds up things.
But I mean caffeine lowers potassium as well (if you dont feed k), but ok you said caffein is better for fast oxidizer too, ^^
I think now I understand why you dont like speeding up slow metabolism.

If it lowers potassium, does it increase sodium ? Besides K/Na ratio
