TBH, I was extraordinarily lost in looking at that (TMO). I was too sick and too scatterbrained to process most of it.
I isolate myself and couldn't really get help, BC the people closest were kind of controlling/narcissistic and called me out on being crazy, etc... Till it was nearly too late and got help reluctantly, from some people close to me and they saw me getting better via water fasting, etc. Suicidal maybe 14-18 weeks ago, to 70-90 dips per day, a lot stronger and better but still working towards final resolution. I think various solutions will work for a lot of sufferers even if they don't really understand the science/logic
Behind it.
Only writing this bc maybe you had similar extreme confusion/brainfog, etc.
Now I could most, but there's other ways too. Fasting def helped me. Was extraordinarily sick - had to water fast.
And no digestion, suicidal ideation, etc... In that case barring skinniness etc, maybe fasting first, will make the rest seem much more easier /manageable.
A lot of the other stuff I did for like a decade, fasting, HIIT's, carb-backloading, etc. I'm sure a lot of fit people did pre-pfs/pas/pssd. Impossible at time due to the "labotomized" aspect of all this. And inability to eat, shower, stand. Looking back at this and other things enrages me.
Detox, refeed, workouts, right type of diet, herbs and workout/diet, prohormones workout/diet, herbs for pct, penis exercises, spirulina, etc.
Not to shortchange his work, I'm saying the gist seems something like that. Mostly, good advice, I was too lost and ruined to make sense of it initially and was dealing with other health issues anyways pre PFS, and have already been thru a lot of this bs (recovery from drug caused fucking bullshit), so I was devestated. There's logs or was on swole-source and on here.
As per this issue, I don't know, something about cleansing, rebuilding, fitness, making oneself more androgenic, I think. Reversing fibrosis, shrinkage, as part of overall process of starting with a clean slate and rebuilding optimal health. Hopefully, semi-useful, I'm out.
