My blood and urine samples haωε been send to Italy.
I dont even know how is possible to have B complex def?
I eat tons of red meat and milk.

Dont know what is going on i will try the diatery plan and i will take the supplements.

If i am not mistaken , lots of ppl got better because of B complex + magnesium.

Yes absolutely.

-Low citric + Isocitric = Amino Deficiency, Problems with Digestion.

Solution: B complex / Magnesium/ L Glutamin/ Raise Protein/ Digestive enzymes

-Low 2-Ketoglutaric = Metabolic Stress, Hyperinsulinemia,Metabolic syndrom

Solution: B complex / Vitamin D3/ Glutamin/Magnesium/ALA/Carnitine/

-High 3-Hydrobutyric Acid = Low oxidation of Carbs--->Low ATP
Possible reasons: Cells cant use glucose properly, Indeficency at the enzymes of Cytochrome

Solution: B complex / Magnesium/ L Glutamin/ ALA/ Carnitine/ reduce Carbs + Sugar

The most shocking part from this analysis for me was that i am B complex def.
SHOCKING.
Clean meat 5 times week + 2 whole eggs / day everything with vegetables + supplement.

Citric mesures krebs cycle.
Im 79mmol/ mol with limit 660.
Im extremely low.
Its like my cells cant produce energy properly :/
Metabolic disorder: you are not the only one. There is Mario Götze, soccer player Form Germany, took fin, got metabolic disorder diagnosed (pfs) by docs. Could not play anymore. They treated him with drugs (officially), he plays again.

Eh? I doubt that. There are thousands of PFS sufferers and they all went to doctors and specialists. No one got cured by that.

EDIT: He has a metabolic disorder, but there's no mention he got it from finasteride nor is there any info out there that said he did. Although a German google search might be more telling.

I know it from a source. He took fin. You can also see the change in hairline /hair (less). They cured his metabolic disorder (whatever pfs symptoms he had) resp.treated with drugs. Not sure, if he has to take them.

I'm sure Baylor will be very interested in this development if he really did cure pfs.

I am not sure about Baylor. :) Not sure if a cure is really intended. (story of fin) Do not forget: dht blocking poison is widespread, dht boosters like androhard were forbidden. In my opinion, no cure officially in hundred years. They have been even studying people with almost zero dht and the different causes. It is not just about 5ar anymore. So fin goes from the market and a new inhibitor is developed (it seems Nov.is doing it).

What did they treat him with to cure him?

My guess is they put him on HRT (test, HCG, thyroid, cortisol etc), yeah he can play again but he is probably just using HRT as a "bandaid" when he comes off he will be screwed I bet. Athletes can get prescribed anything they want so hormones are easy to obtain, plus he can play while using those drugs since he was diagnosed with a legit disorder so he is not against the league's rules.

That dude JQD cured himself of PFS but was on literally a laundry list of hormones from test to cortisol along with thyroid and masteron. None of it stuck then you deal with down regulationn from those hormones when you get off on top of PFS.

Exactly 100% spot on.

I used this type of stuff before I had pfs essentially it was making my system very strong to deal with (undiagnosed) Lyme/mycoplasma. It’s incredible the strength of hormones, but we have such an imbalance where hormones can make it worse.

It all depends on subtype and sure some guys can definitely benefit from TRT and if they are looking at quick and easy option having elevated potassium, low sodium- testosterone is a fix as @Helen stated.

When I was on TRT, I needed both T3 and preg to raise cortisol (potassium?) which would then allow my testosterone gel to be absorbed so nicely. Without preg/t3, I would feel worse from test.

I dont know what they gave him. They do not make that public. But my source knows for sure they treated him or are still treating him and having success. And that Mario had pfs for sure. The Main point is docs know about pfs but do not communicate it publicly. The worst publicity for fin would be if something happens no one would expect and no one would like to buy that anymore. But of course, such an protest could not just be a sitting protest. Whatever it could be...

Yeah I agree, no doubt about that. I'm just saying when your job is on the line especially as an athlete you will do whatever it takes to still play. In this scenario, I think he didn't have a choice meaning he is probably just loaded up on hormones and not the same concept as being cured IMO. If my job was on the line making millions of dollars I would take anything too in order to still play too. My guess is docs just told him he had an underlying metabolic disorder prior to fin and took the blame a lot of fin.

After experimenting with both hormones and ARL in the past, I felt normal on ARL many times and felt odd on hormones (better in areas but I never felt normal)

Update Guys.

I am taking B complex -100 (2 tabs/day)
Magnesium Citrate (400mg/day)
Vitamin D (8.000iu/ day)

as the doctor who made the metabolomic analysis suggested me...

Im on 2nd day and after 3-4 pills I have crashed hard...
ZERO libido.
My pelvic floor is burning me like when i hit gym hard.
Last night after the 2nd B complex pill, I couldnt archive an erection...

Androgens rising ---> I crash.
I feel better only when cycling Progesterone but I experience hairloss on Prog.

How the **** is possible to have B/ Mag/ Vit D deficiency and when i supp myself with em to crash?

Could be the magnesium. I experience mini crashes when I take it alone. You’ll need sodium and potassium as well. Try to balance those and see how you’ll do..

I just read all electrolyte protocol.
Its just says the EXACT same thing with my analysis.

"Finasteride. binds NADPH. NADPH recycles glutathione. lack of glutathione causes complete close of sugar metabolism"
=
Metabolic syndrome - Cant process carbs.

"Low gluthatione increases inflammation which effects tryptophan break down by IDO enzyme. Since to support this new extra need for glutatione body is trying to recycle it and spends tons of b vitamins on it."
=
Heavy B vitamin Deficiency (despite eating tons of red meat etc)

"Without potassium , NADPH is not created in pentose pathway, since thiamine will lower potassium , instead the NADPH production takes place in Krebs cycle during the steps where NADH is usually created, using malic, isocitrate and alphaglutarate subtrates, this lowers levels of NADH and causes chronic fatique."

=Doctor writes " low Citric - Isositric- Akonitic, Problem with Krebs cycle, lack of Amino acids, bad digestion and absorption"

So I need:

Betaine HCL
Digestive Enzymes
-------------------------------
Amino Acids:
Histidine
Cysteine
Glutamin
Glycin
Tyrosine

Vitamin C
Omega 3

Zinc + Cooper
Selenium
Malic Acid

And Potassium Chloride or Sodium Chloride?
Im a little confused with that because in my country is difficult to find em in this form.

Most of them are already suggested from my analysis like
Betaine HCL + Digestive enzymes
Free Amino Acids (especialy Glutamin)
Vitamin C - Omega 3

If you check my signature, I am doing this almost exactly, and slowly but surely getting health back.

You can use sea salt or canning salt for sodium, and lots of grocery stores carry NoSalt brands which are potassium chloride and cheap.

I should mentioned that with oily skin, it appears that I have impaired fat metabolism along with most likely impaired sugar metabolism. This is where B1 for sugar oxidation and B2/B3 and carnitine for fat oxidation is important. carnitine metabolism is lysine/B3/B6/VitC/Zn/Fe and working methylation.

You will need to test how you feel, but i use 1gram of each; NaCl, MgCl(amazon), and KCl at each meal, I mix it into water with my Betaine HCl, sip through a straw.

1gram of each gives roughly ~50% of the mineral and chloride.

I use lots isowhey, egg whites and beef/chicken/pork/tuna.

freefrom aminos for these extras from purebulk: Taurine 1g, Histidine HCl: 4g, Cysteine HCl: 4g, Lysine HCl: 4g, Arginine: 2g, Citrulline: 2g, Tyrosine: 2g, Methionine: 1g, Serine: 1g, Valine: 1g, Carnitine: 250mg

For Bs I take: B1 600mg, B2 25-50mg, B3 100mg, B5 250mg, B6 10-20mg, Biotin: 10mcg, some folate and b12(I use regular and methyls every other day)

Be careful with drinking Betaine HCl through a straw, it damages the teeth easily. I recently visited my dentist and he noticed a lot of wear on my teeth and the only thing I had been doing different was sipping the Betaine after all my meals.. So now I started filling the Betaine into capsules Instead and been getting good results with it.

Great work with your protocol dude! You are pretty much following the protocol exactly. How are you feeling? What results have you noticed already?

Thanks for the warning, been planning on switching back to capsules and titrating the amount down, teeth still seem to be ok, been several months of sipping, I am careful to rinse and gargle after. I am finally starting to get burning sensations from ~1gram of betaine at meals, this started to happen after I got B1, B2, zinc, and HCl aminos intake up.

My main issues are oily skin/acne, and hair shedding. Skin is doing much much better, and still drying out(oiliness has been an up and down battle), hair shedding definitely decreasing. and no more dandruff! had dandruff for years and years.

Sleeping 8hrs straight is next thing to solve, I usually wake couple times during the night, but I do wake up feeling alot more refreshed then I have in the past several years. Lots of energy at the gym and definitely on my way to getting the leanest/ripped I have ever been.

Οk i found a "dietary" salt that has 70% KCl 30% NaCl.
So i will try 2 grams / day.

For B's I use Solgar B complex -100
Its 100mg of everything and 400mcg folic.
I take 2 pills a day.
I guess i will need more B1...

Iam waiting the aminos and Betaine - Enzymes.

I will do the liver flushes etc.

I hope for the best :))
