@Admiral @m_arch

I think both of you guys are right even though you said opposite things lol - I'm still waiting on a quote for the supps from TEI (never used them) and I will see what I'll do for sure.

You don’t know if these new highs will come down on its own. Or it could also take months. It’s definitely a pickle but I’d jump on the supps.. :)

Also worth mentioning. My two highs can’t be from H2 water as I only took it 5 days prior to my hair test and hair needs to grow 4/5 days before it reaches the scalp. My highs (sodium and potassium) are likely left overs from the 21 day water/Breuss fast and detoxing; stressing my kidneys and adrenals. That’s nearly 3 months ago and still very much in play on my hair test. If you want to retest you really need to be 3 months away from your H2 stint and even then it might still be highish.

I’ve started my second ARL cycle 3 days ago. Will follow for two months and retest. I’m starting to feel like a million bucks, though little to no symptom improvements so far. I’m sure they will come as I remain on the program long enough.

Late on this but wow @TubZy that’s exactly what my HT looks like on h2. Cal, mag like that along with several other elevated minerals.

I gotta get my test up for you guys to see hopefully later today.

been about a week on TEI, starting off feeling like total crap again. It feels like my first ARL cycle again (I think due to high amounts of zinc they are feeding as I'm taking loads if it now). Past two days have improved though with everything in terms of symptoms. My hair and skin looked like crap when I started TEI first few days, today and yesterday its looking much better.

Basically what I'm doing is reversing what hydrogen water did to me (made me slow oxidizer and messed up other ratios - test results above) and get back on track. I have to say though, TEI does feel lighter than ARL, fatigue wise. ARL detox is much harsher.

Dr. Watts from tei is still alive and i think actively involved in it, so its probably been developed a bit further than ARL imo. Seems to be the best option

Our experiences are very similar with tei. Just posted my experience on my log.

The more I do tei/ arl the more I think this is the cure for most people. Or least get people to a place to cure themselves through the hormonal route.

Yeah for sure, I try to tell people to just go ARL/TEI if you are not sure what to do. At least you are working towards balancing yourself overall, and while we are experimenting/researching if there is a quicker and more direct way of addressing PFS that works, then you can try that. But at least you are pushing yourself in the right direction with ARL/TEI regardless.

I'm on arl, and yeah have had some really draining days.. do u think it could be working a little faster, hence the harsher sides?

It is harder on detox for sure. I was sweating way more. ARL chelates metals much harder and quicker but we don't necessarily know for PFS purposes. TEI addresses the mineral ratios more and ARL focuses more on detoxing more so it is really hard to say which one would work quicker over the long run..some say TEI others say ARL

Man I would give anything to sweat again.. I can go weeks without needing a shower or washing my clothes, theres no stink.. it's like that pathway has just shut down.

I can sweat in a sauna but it's not heavy at all and takes 45 minutes just to ooze a little.
Just curious, Has anybody else experienced this and turned it around?

I sweat my ass off all the time. And always have. Wonder what it means. I am a fast oxidizer so could correlate.

Whenever I go through periods where I feel like I’ve almost recovered my body start sweating again.. whenever I crash I stop sweating.

I sweat like madman again... Good sign I guess (more normal for me). COLD as hell, 5-8 months after dropping fin.
Usually sweat in spring and even Canadian winters, and sure I will again............. but if it means normalizing, then fine.
Metabolism's up too. Lost like 6lb in 2 weeks or so (trained hard, and large calorie deficits).

I actually wore layers in non winter months, that's how cold I was. Usually I wear a hoodie or a thin jacket even in fairly cold temps (10 celsius to minus 10 or worse, with no windchill. WINDCHILL is killing though, literally, so people need to dress warm!) Minus 20 need a real jacket. Minus 15 to minus 25 with windchill, need a jacket, and a car. WORSE... don't even go, or make sure inside as much as possible - cutting thru open stores and underground/ subway pathways.

I sweat a lot but not like hyperhidrosis too much with non stop sweating. Go to the gym, come out wait 5-10 mins and dry.
Probably speaking too soon, I'm sure back in humid climates, this would be brutal (but it's short lived). Only usually very bad, when surrounded by a bunch of people and it's embarrassing/ social anxiety.

I shower 2-3 x a day, sometimes 1 if tired/late. Sometimes 4... but that's probably wasting water/money at that point. After shower 1, reshowers are quicker.

Do you have high calcium and magnesium on your hair test?
