I think it means to lower copper by deactivating it

I'm not 100% sure haha @Helen is the guru when it comes to chelation haha but I'm sure even zinc or msm could be used or maybe googling what is known to bind to copper in the body could be used.
This information shows how complex that stuff is, but how helpful it is. No doc tests you on minerals, aminos, vits when you are not showing severe! symptoms.
Exactely, even then they are treating only symptoms. But docs never learned to treat the roots. They dont know it better sometimes.Yeah and when you're showing severe symptoms it's usually too late n he will give you a bandaid to curb the symptoms n never treat the cause... smh fucking big pharma man
Im thinking about to Start another ella Cycle tomorrow before i go on RU.
Maybe this time i should take a lower dose (5mg) Every Second day.
What do you guys think?
Watch out with Ella, I have used it in different ways. Single day dose, 5 days cycle and 3 days cycle. All low dose like 2-3mg each day. The first day I feel amazing but that tapers off the longer I use it. Even on the one day cycle the benefits did not stick. There must be a reason why it does not stick. I have seen many users now with the same experience and I think it is worth it if @Helen could give us some feedback on why we feel great ON Ella but not after Ella.
I think we are in the same body chemistry and either Ella is lowering or inceasing progesteron, but how to keep that state.
One more thing, everything is based on this snapback theory, and Ella makes us great while on it, but bad afterwards, a negative snapback. Maybe this means we need to try something that has the opposite effect of Ella, so we get a positive snapback. @Helen Any idea of other substances that have the opposite effect of Ella?
How would levenorgestrel fit it? As ella is "only" a modulator, while said Lev. woud fully block prog.,It worked totally different than ella for me however, still not sure whycprogesterone

There are other copper antagonists such as zinc, but while zinc is generally documented as such in the
nutritional literature, it is not only the weakest of all copper antagonists, but its action on copper takes
place only on an intestinal level, so once copper goes into storage, zinc will have no effect on lowering
copper any longer. The only time zinc could become a threat to copper is in situations where either
copper levels are already on the low side and high amounts of zinc are consumed, or when potassium
and calcium - being "synergistic allies" to copper - are below normal.
I suggest taking teibulus shortly after taking Ella since it's been shown to increase progesterone.
Increasing prog sensativity is good but now you have to increase prog naturally
Do you mean tribulus?
