New hair test result freak me out a bit.
In the 3 months for this hair test, I fasted 21 days, followed the detox protocol for two weeks, followed ARL-cycle 1 for 6 weeks, liver flushes, coffee enema's and in the mids of all this I also went on a Hydrogen water trial of 10 days.
How weird is this @Helen. Went from slow to fast, with very high potassium and sodium levels. How is this possible?
EDIT - from the ARL-report: since the elimination of toxic metals is often associated with internal stress, the elimination of toxic metals from tissue storage may be contributing to the increase in your potassium/sodium level.
Ca has come down nicely. Rest all stayed stayed pretty much the same.
Aluminium is high. Should I add silica to the new stack they advice?
Mercury went down, whereas I detoxed heavily for two weeks with 3 amalgam fillings still inside my mouth. They are removed now.
EDIT II:
From Dr Wilson: On a retest hair mineral analysis, an elimination of toxic potassium also occurs quite commonly during development programs. This particular form of potassium cannot be changed into a more healthful form by our bodies, so it excreted during the program. In most of these cases, the hair potassium level doubles, or increases even more than this. Another indicator that elimination of toxic potassium is the cause of the elevated potassium is if the Na/K ratio decreases to less than about 0.4.
Might've been toxic potassium my body is getting rid of. Assume the same goes for sodium. I wonder what caused this; the ARL supps, fast, flushes/enema's, or short detox protocol. The hydrogen water stint was too short to make such an impact, I think.
