The usual hormones (they all remained the same).

I’ve seen some plusses as well. I still prefer ARL. I think I am going through some form of copper elimination right now; Candida flare ups, skin breakouts, headaches.

I believe in ARL and will continue for another cycle of 2/3. Just thought ceruloplasmin and progesterone heading in the wrong direction was alarming.

Thanks @Helen. My ARL supps have me take plenty of copper indeed. Does this also explain the decrease in ceruloplasmin? I thought that with more copper it would’ve went up.

I guess hormones really are the last piece of the puzzle to fall into place. Godda be patient.

Hesitant to try RU in between cycles, but don’t think it will do me good in the end.

New hairtest came in very fast.

Dissapointed. I’m a fast oxidizer once again, whereas I was a slow one on my first two. Fasting and hydrogen water might’ve played a part in this, or I actually am a fast one, albeit with disfunctional hormones.

- The fall in magnesium and zinc worries me.
- I’ve noticed an increase in semen volume, yet zinc decreased. Not sure what else might’ve caused this plus.
- I experience nocturnal erections pretty much on a nightly base. Which is nice.
- Fatigue is up and down, as is concentration and being talkative, commutative and social.
- Skin still is awful.
- Bloating was way less on this cycle, but digestion was bad due to the crap load of magnesium I took. Will take even more on this next cycle, so that will be fun.
- calcium/magnesium was stable last cycle, now back to square one again. Wtf.
- Toxix metals are good. Most are decreasing.
- potassium and sodium came back down to earth.

I am practically getting the same supp suggestion as my previous cycle. Don’t quite get the Taurine addition, but that’s something that @Helen might have an answer for? Hoping you can shed some more light onto my hair test bud :)

Anyway, I think ny hair test looks pretty decent, but as long as my hormones remain low, I won’t improve.

Wouldn't this be a 4 lows scenario? Which is not ideal at all.

Does sound like you have made some progress though, some more cycles of TEI and you might be on your way to normal.

It is 4 lows. The Taurine was suggested to help me out of it. Somehow I can’t keep up stable magnesium levels. They doubled the ca/mag supplement, so we’ll see.

I feel like the four lows and perhaps hidden copper toxicity is what’s holding me back, if the cure indeed is to be found in mineral balancing. Aluminium and mercury are decreasing very well.

In four lows program the taurine is given to help buffer the loads of calcium they give. From everything I've read about nutritional balancing, it doesn't necessarily seem like a bad thing to go into four lows on a retest. In some cases it means that some metabolic compensations are being removed because underlying ability to maintain balance is becoming stronger. Kind of a tear you down to build you back up scenario. Since you've seen symptom improvement, I wouldn't be too discouraged with these latest results.

With every hair test comes a call with my practitioner. Some things he mentioned:
  • Mentioned that for someone being on a program for 4/5 months, results are rather disappointing.
  • Said I really, really need minerals as I am depleted.
  • Mentioned I have a leaky gut.
  • Agreed that the things holding me back the most were the four lows and hidden copper toxicity.
  • Mentioned that there's something blocking my hormones from fully functioning properly (only part I really agree on).
  • Said that this product/method: www.bernell.com/product/3022/Syntonizer could reset my hormones. If I brought finasteride with me this machine could come up with some kind of antidote. He sounded like a nutter to me, but anyone know this menthod of his?

My energy levels are decent, but I am easily tired. Just a bath in dead sea salt or an hour in the sun makes me want to sleep. Looking at my latest hair test, it might be the low magnesium or any of the other electrolytes which get depleted easily.

@Admiral
And I’m sure as you balance nutritionally and have lived so healthily with fast, flushes, CEs progress still remains. You’ve certainly eliminated pathogens, toxins and put your system in a much better place than you were before you started doing this stuff.

All those days you feel a bit more worn out, fatigued from this stuff are just a sign of this accomplishment. You’re getting bad shit out of your body. Good stuff behind and good stuff ahead.

Most toxins (mercury and aluminium) are nearly eliminated. I’m hopeful progression will pick up once they have cleared my body. But the real kicker will be getting out of the four lows and dealing with copper toxicity.

Weird observation here..

I once went full retard on asparagus, but I didn't notice anything at all. Now after two ARL cycles, I tried asparagus again and it is definitely helping me in the sexual department. Not sure how. Somehow it makes me feel shitty overal, but I refrain to believe that a vegetable can do that..

Moving into 4 lows on an arl program is a good sign, it means your body has shifted into “healing mode” and will remain in 4 lows until a period of healing is complete, dr Wilson describes it as a car going into the mechanic and your car has gone into shut down mode to enable repairs to be done so it’s temporary off the road but will drive out in a better condition.

I went from 3 lows and now in 4 lows but happy with where I’m at if it means progress.

Anyone know how to better absorb magnesium? ARL have me take a lot and I get diarrhea constantly. It has slowed or halted my progression as my body won't absorb nutrients properly.

I might play with the dosages a bit or take my supps less frequently, but is there anything that helps magnesium absorption? Obviously being on an ARL program I can't take anything else, but maybe there are a few tricks out there I could apply.

Taurine and b6
Also spread out the dosages if you can

Spraying MgCl on the skin is supposed to work very well, bypassing gut absorption issues. Spray on 30mins before showering, it can be messy to leave on all day, if you spray all over the body.

After nearly 3 full ARL cycles I've come to the conclusion that progression is nearly non existent. Though I have seen great moments and benefits, which make me believe this is the cure, this current cycle is kind of erasing all benefits I underwent. Libido and erection quality is low right now. The amount of calcium ARL have me taking might have been the cause. Not to mention I am constantly irritated, depressed and really, really aggressive. I've already had several walls and furnitures punched in and I am constantly looking for a fight, even with my students. I also believe ARL sees me as a fast one, whereas I don't think I am.

I will switch to TEI and start somewhere in december.

What’s your status with histidine supplementation? Did you stop that, still using just histidine was it?

Maybe EAAs would be better because you’re getting them more in balance.

Directly since finishing cycle 3 I have the worst insomnia. WTF. Off cycle. This is so frustrating. Going for 10 days now.
